“Great local grocery store that is a real throwback in an era of only chain supermarkets. Staff really get to know the customers and you can get some great deals if you go in open to cooking whatever the sales are. Incredible wine department for a small store!”

“The pharmacist, Ram, was very helpful in looking up the dates of my shingles vaccines. I asked if he could call the Upper Marlboro store to have them update their records since they didn't a record of me getting them. He was happy to do that. I wish I could leave 10 stars.”

“Nice CVS. They had a lot of items at the store. Good deals also on my extra care card. The only thing is that there was a lot of people stocking the shelves at the food area. We got a good deal on Pringles but when we got them no one really moved out of our way when we were getting them. I bought gum and there was a but one get one 50% off. And they also included 2$ extra bucks. Good shopping trip”
“This store has the very best meat department I have seen anywhere. I won't buy meats at any other grocery store. I don't know how the meat department does so well (very well cut and trimmed) or where the buyers source their meat, but it is superb!”
“This pharmacy location has the best customer service in the area!! Not only do they answer the phone but they have customer service skills. Ive only talked with the pharmacist and one employee. I moved here last year and have since moved all my scripts to walgreens because of trash service and rude pharmacists and employees, except this one because it’s been out of stock for months. Even the walgreens tech called me back when the location in college park gave them the run around about transferring my prescription. I can say i worked in pharmacy back home and we were definitely not trained the same as far as customer service. Even the representatives with Caremark have good customer service skills. Just wow”
“I am loyal to Giant and Safeway, but Giant is closer to my home. Compared to Greenway Safeway, Giant has a much larger non-food section, with 1/2 of an aisle of 99c housewares, which is the equivalent of going to dollar tree. You can get some great deals there, none of which are not on the website. I got 4 sponges, a set of measuring spoons, a good plastic spatula, colorful serving spoon, 16 18-oz plastic cups, they have silverware for a full table setting, or sets of 3 or 4 individual pieces (4 knives, 3 forks, etc.), It's different every day. It's at the end of the books and magazines aisle. The whole center section of the store is housewares, health and beauty, cleaning supplies, firewood, and other non-food items. Much better selection than safeway. It's in the same shopping center as Target, but if they happen to have what you need in the 99c aisle, why go to Target. The hot bar isn't as good as safeway, everything is pre-packaged, and it's mostly chicken. But they do have a good selection of refrigerated entries in the deli department and a good selection of cold deli items for counter service. There is tons of parking and there is a back entrance also where fewer people park so you can probably get closer. Tons of stores and restaurants in the shopping center so truly 1-stop shopping.”
“Came in for help and got greeted by a store associate. Gentleman with glasses i forgot his name. I called every other CVS and they said they didn’t offer photo service and they stop by 5pm he was so quick and efficient. Thank you.”
“Excellent sale prices! I love shopping here. Fresh produce, meat and fish. I love salmon and they carry the proper portion size! I can make two meals from each portion. They also have a great selection of medicinal items to service ailments, cuts and bruises that you may encounter!”
