I always come to this store but today was a different day, they lady’s always are kind even if you don’t have a conversation with them, today was a Latina girl and another girl ask her if she speaks Spanish and barely answered and then she asked where she can try the clothes and she didn’t even let her finish talking when she was saying No we don’t have it

Customer service isn’t of value here. I bought two things no one was in the store only me I was ready to ring up my stuff the employee started counting money in the register as if my time wasn’t valued. I started putting my back pack on she set my things on the counter not in my had. In other words I had to wait on her to count money but she couldn’t wait till I put my backpack on.

If I could give no stores I would I was there today and I gave the cashier my stuff I told her that I did not want the tan shirt I never got my receipt for my leggings and shirt that I bought I got 2 other like bra shirts they are not in my bag I called up there and all the lady is saying is basically no I’ll be back tomorrow to get the old lady name to call corporate on her she has a very nasty attitude

Great experience. In and out in less than 20 minutes The store is big, clean and, well organized. Staff was present and not overbearing. Cashier was friendly and quick. Wish the dressing room was open....but everything fit that I purchased for my daughters bday outfit. Found everything from head to toe...dress, jacket, shoes, jewelry, and a purse.

Terrible customer service and races staff. No one spoke to us nor helped just follow me around. Two worker spoke stating that we and another person look like thieves. Im fluent in Spainsh and have Hispanic/ African American background. I told the cashier all she did was smile. Please don't come here they are not friendly nor helpful. The price is really good, but the manager customer service is very, very, very poor. She do not know how to talk to people (customer) politely her body language brought off a negative energy eg. rolling her eyes. For a manager she needs more training no matter what the circumstances/issue is she needs to learn how to correspond to customers without giving attitude.

The prices are good, but they lack a lot in attention, sometimes I even feel like the employees are following me, as if they were going to steal something from me. May God help us with these types of people??

One of the best Rainbow locations in the DMV. Their employees were extremely helpful and friendly to me and my kids. I love the fact that this location has such a great variety of unisex kids clothes as well as ladies clothing for unbeatable prices.
