Carmen Velasquez at Total Wireless was very patient, helpful, and informed. She gave me exactly what I asked for, did not try to sell me items I did not need, informed me of the deals, and helped transfer my data from old phone to my new phone. I came in thinking I was paying $400 and turned out to be a lot less.
