“I called the Greenbelt Banfield out of the blue at 10:30am to get my dog his rabies shot because it had expired 19 days prior. They were thankfully able to give me an appointment for 2:45pm the same day. When I arrived they greeted me and my dog so very respectfully. The check-in process was seamless. I was informed that there wouldn't be a cost for his rabies shot because of his Wellness plan. We were done and walking out within 30 from the time we entered. Before we reached home, I received a follow-up call from the extremely polite and caring Dr. Sanders to discuss her findings with my little guy. This was a much appreciated call. Her concern and love for the patients she takes care of was quite evidently shown during that 10 minute call. We are so very happy that we chose PetSmart and Banfield for all our pet's needs for the 13 years we've had him.”

In addition to providing exceptional treatment, their pricing was affordable, and we were sent home with his prescription medications and clear, detailed aftercare instructions.

“My corgi has epilepsy, very bad seizures. Dr. Roller was very hesitant to perform a dental cleaning on him because his seizures are so bad. We put it off for a long time until he got an access and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Roller finally agreed to do the dental cleaning for him. The staff was amazing and kept me updated throughout the process. He is now doing great and is out of pain thanks to Dr Roller and her staff. I am so grateful to them for helping my boy.”

My pet sitter highly recommended Dr. K so I made an appointment and never looked back. This is a terrific hospital from the front office and back office staff to the care. “I owe Dr. Brenner and his amazing team SO SO much! I live in West Laurel and Thanksgiving of 2022 or 23 I had noticed my little kitty (Her name is Pepper) was breathing pretty rapidly and labored. At that time my normal vet was Rocky Gorge right off Brooklyn Bridge. I took her there, they said oh it’s nothing… a few days passed and it seemed like it was getting a bit worse, we took her there as an urgent visit and again they said that it’s nothing and that she’s probably just stressed. I can’t remember if we had taken her one more time there or not but after a final attempt with rocky I decided to go somewhere else urgently otherwise our cat was going to die. I was measuring her heart rate at about double the normal resting rates for cats was and I knew my cat better than anyone else and she was not ok. Took her to Brenner and within minutes he noticed she was not ok and asked to do an MRI or some scan of that sort to check on her organs. Turned out she was having bad untreated asthma attacks and her lungs were severely swollen. He gave her an inhaler along with a few antibiotics and she eventually got back to normal. If I had taken her any later, she could have passed away. And because of that I am super grateful at the whole team and Brenner animal hospital. Since then I’ve transferred my normal vet services for my cat and dog over to Brenner and I’ve been so so so happy since then. They’re always fast and can actually diagnose animals correctly. The vets there are incredibly gentle and passionate with the animals. They managed to cut my cats nails lol (Rocky Gorge was never able to).

10/10 would 100% recommend. They give very personalized treatment to your pets and they’re super affordable”

“My parents took our pets to Fairland Animal Hospital when I was a young girl and I remember my Dad always saying how much he respected Dr. Whall and team for the tender love and care given to our dogs. Now at 63 years of age, I'm taking my pets to the BEST EVER Veterian Hospital around. Recently, my 8 year old Yorkie needed dental surgery and Dr. Andrew Gough was the vet who cleaned and extracted quite a few teeth. When I took her in I was very nervous but after speaking with Dr. Gough he told me exactly what to expect and to not worry. He said, if anything changed he would call me so, prior to surgery he called and explained further .. I was relieved and assured things would be fine. A few hours later I was called to come and pick her up and that she did fine. Let me just say "AMAZING" she was more than fine.. you would never have known she had surgery. I went home with meds and was really thinking she would in pain.. NOT... she was up running around and even ate a little food ( if I let her she would have eaten more).. I can't THANK Dr. Gough and the great team of folks who looked after my fur baby. I'm so pleased, never in the many, many, many years have I or my family been disappointed with the service, care and love. THANK YOU FAIRLAND... THANK YOU DR. GOUGH !!! THANK YOU DR. “I highly recommend Rocky Gorge for emergency treatment and any surgical procedure your animal needs. Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital is an economical piece of heaven filled with talented, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, beyond friendly and truly remarkable angels. My dog was seriously injured in an accident and needed a difficult orthopedic surgery. Dr. Morris, who also performed my family dog's ACL surgery, performed my dogs fractured humerus surgery exceeding well, especially given its level of difficulty, while being extremely conscientious of the cost to the customer. They have been a Godsend in performing my dogs difficult surgery while giving her the best care I could ask for, using a laser to close up her wounds after surgery, and doing this all with the foundation in mind to make it as affordable to the client as possible for example not charging me for suture removal. They provided an estimate that included a low end and high end of the procedure, and I always felt that they followed a code of ethics that I never felt like my dogs care and treatment was being exploited and capitalized on but the very opposite. I'm so grateful for Rocky Gorge because they took beyond exceptional care for my dog during surgeries and procedures and made it so without leaving me in years of debt. Thank you to the incredible orthopedic surgeon Dr. Morris, and all the staff, technicians and pharmacists that help set my mind at ease during the extremely difficult time for me going through a serious accident with my dog. I am beyond blessed for the angels and the immaculate, detailed surgeries, procedures and post-op care they provided for not only my dog, but myself as well!”
