We had an exhaust issue. The mechanic noticed a serious problem with tires when the car was up on the lift. They rapidly fixed both problems for a fair price, and now my son is safe to drive again. I am very grateful. We always take our vehicles here, and the service is excellent.

First of all, the woman at the desk is completely unfriendly no smile oh I guess no smile for foreigners. We went there for a state inspection for our 2023 SUV, and they failed it due to an incorrect diagnosis. They want us to pay nearly $1200 to have it fixed. I told her that I still had warranty on the car and that I would take it back to the dealer, dealers spent three hours inspecting it and found no leaks or other issues. Dealers even called them to let them know there was nothing wrong with the automobile, but JP insisted it had a problem, for reinspection, JP will charge you money once more. I drove my SUV to another state inspection center that same day, and our SUV passed. VERY DISOPIONTING. Lack of customer service and dishonesty will never be recommended to anyone. I was not expecting that.

They charged me $90 just to check why my car's air conditioning wasn't working and gave me an appointment for a week later. When I took my car in a week later, they told me they hadn't ordered the part and gave me a new appointment for a week later. They charged me over $500 to replace a $50 part online and couldn't fix my car. They told me to go to an authorized Dodge dealer.

My husband had a key fob made for me for my birthday, start to finish was a great experience! They had unfortunately quoted him a price that was less than it should have been and they honored it, never even tried to get us to pay the difference. Honestly and integrity like that is hard to come by.Customer service was top notch, we will definitely use again and highly recommend!
