All staff and doctors here are wonderful 3 of my 4 children are seen here and the nurses are always nice and very gentle with my babies. They address all issues with sincerity and my kids love to go when it's time. They've also helped so much recently with my daughter needing a certain type of formula my daughter needs and have given us that type at every appointment without even asking. They're very thoughtful and have been a blessing to our family.

The receptionist there During my recent visit to Antietam Pediatric and Adolescent Care to register my child, I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. I was hoping to encounter a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, but instead, I felt like I was being interrogated in a courtroom. The tone used during the conversation made me feel uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong. As a concerned parent, my priority was to ensure the best care for my child, but the receptionist's demeanor did not contribute to a positive first impression. I hope that this was simply an isolated incident, and that in the future, the receptionist and staff at the clinic can create a more welcoming environment for parents and children alike.

We have used Dr. Isom for pediatric care for 3 years since moving to the area. We have always loved the time and care she takes for both well and sick visits. Recently we needed an urgent sick visit but unfortunately she was not available. We both had to work but based on the previous experience with Dr. Isom we trusted the alternative Dr the practice provided would take the time to provide the appropriate care in our absence while someone else took our child for the visit. The Dr who saw our child spent less then 3 minutes in the room and diagnosed an unrelated issue based on her previous chart with out any actual knowledge of the actual history on the chart. When I called to discuss it with the office I was accused of "seeking anti-biotics" and they refused to see my child again based on me cursing on the phone. After 3 follow up calls the office manager admitted after listening to the recording that there was no cursing but still refused to allow my child to be seen at the practice.

Awesome providers! Easy to get same or next day appointments. Their nurse line is excellent for advice on what to watch out for and when to be seen. This office is very accommodating and not quick to refer you to an Urgent Care like many do.

I absolutely love APAC!! This practice has been my daughters pediatrician from the day they were born. They are 14 and 16 now. Though I wish Dr Oakley could have been their pediatrician forever, I have been very happy with the care of Dr. Katerji and Dr. Isom. This is just an overall wonderful place where you can trust thar your child will be cared for comprehensively and with compassion ❤️. I love this place!!

Excellent, caring, compassionate providers! Always take their time with my children and make them comfortable, they love coming here! Wonderful friendly office staff, always easy to get an appointment. Doctors and nurses always spend plenty of time listening and explaining things so we understand! Always get a prompt call back when we call for advice when sick. Even after hours. Almost always get a same day sick visit when needed. We Love Antietam Pediatrics, would highly recommend!

They used to be good, but the last few years have really gone down hill. Wait times are outrageous, doesn't matter what kind of appointment or time of day, you'll be waiting an hour or more without anyone giving you a heads-up, apology, or explanation. We bring up concerns which are immediately brushed off. A few nurses are really nice, but some are down right rude. You'll hear the front desk complaining about other parents in front of you. And I agree with another post about not being breastfeeding friendly. Everyone acts like you're an inconvenience. We ended up switching. Corporate medicine is the downfall of our society.

This place has been a great go to for my 2 year old son’s healthcare needs ever since he was born. They take the time to treat me and most importantly my child with respect and are always well informed. You can tell the staff here really love their job and most importantly really care about your child. Overall, I love taking my son here! I would recommend anyone to come here for their child’s healthcare needs.

5 stars for Dr Isom; 0 stars for office staff. Deb is an overgrown mean girl who shouldn't be allowed to interact with other humans. If we didn't love dr isom so much we would switch offices because of her rudeness. Seriously just the nastiest person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to.

I’ve been taking my kid here since he was born and he’s now 19 months. So happy I picked them as my kids doc they’re amazing . Everyone in that building has given us 100% respect even if we’re late. Always willing to work with my schedule and they’re absolutely the sweetest staff I’ve ever met. Never any issue of any kind I’m never left waiting too long. 10/10 . I even recently moved 35 mins away and I still drive the distance because I know this is the best care for my son.

We really like Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Isom. But the wait times are extremely long, some.of the front office staff can be difficult to work with, and we really felt like the practice was not breastfeeding friendly after our experiences with our two kids so far. Getting shot records and other forms faxed or copies of them has proven to be an arduous task. As much as we love the doctors, we are looking into other options in the area.

Pre covid we used to take our children to Dr Isom but now they have gone crazy trying to give my 4 year old a flu vaccine ! Then when i refused they told me they will not take patients who refuse ANY vaccinations! I explained we are devout catholics and certain “vaccines” are not ethical nor safe , she replied my insurance may drop us!!!and that her practice will be sending us a letter of separation. I called my insurance carrier they told me that would be illegal to drop us under federal law and there is no such contract or requirement .However It is a blessing in disguise, this office is notoriously late EVERY appointment 30-60 minutes behind without any warning or merit you will see the doctor just sitting there while you wait for them. Oh and if you refuse the MALE medical student from observing the annual physical of your female child they make you wait even longer . All i can say is keep far away from this place they are deep in bed with Pfizer everything in their office states this even their fear tactics for the flu shot . Threatening my family with our health insurance ! I see why you have signs up everywhere restricting audio recordings , your office would be sued if a jury heard what is said at your appointments !

I had to wait over an hour past my sons appointment and go out to ask a nurse if the dr forgot about us. The doctors nurse was rude to me when my daughter was supposed to get her stitches out but the doctor was nervous and ended up telling me I had to go back to the ER. The nurse called my daughter the wrong name multiple times. Seems like people don’t communicate very well. The doctor seems to have one foot out the door the whole time while you are trying to talk to her (dr Danielle reynolds).

Been going here for my Twins since 4m old. All of the doctors we've seen are fantastic. The after hours nurses are prompt in returning calls. We love them!
