Everything runs like a well oiled machine! Everyone is professional and very personable! Loved the experience! I couldn’t get in to see an Oral surgeon for another 3 weeks and jumping through so many hoops. I called in the day before at 5p they had me booked the next day for a consult at 8a and an extraction appointment by the end of the month!

I have never left an office so infuriated and disappointed in MY LIFE!!!! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! What was supposed to be a simple routine 6 month cleaning turned into 90 minutes of my life I can’t get back. It took one hour just to be called to the back after I had to say something once I seen another patient who came in after me get called to the back. The office wanted to just get money out of me because they claimed I needed a deep cleaning which was more than what insurance was going to cover. I am not in a financial position to pay for extra services that is why I insisted to do what the insurance covers. Since the office manager was not customer friendly and the actual dentist wanted to talk about everything but the situation at hand, I left highly angry with unclean teeth

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago to have a broken tooth extracted. They did xrays which is to be expected, then a photo scan of my teeth. (They already had taken pictures) the dr came in and tried to talk me into dentures for the back teeth I had pulled previously, no thanks. He said an office manager would be in soon, 20 minutes later no manager. Then they sent in a hygienist to check my gum health. Finally the office manager came in to tell me that my primary insurance company wasn't available and I would have tonwait for her to call me back in a day or so to talk about treatment and pricing. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. My broken tooth and I left together. That was not the plan. When did dental offices becoming sales offices instead of dental offices?? I heard someone in the lobby quoted 36.00 for an extraction but the lady in back was quoted 562.00 for 2 extractions and had to be paid up front before they could schedule her with the oral surgeon. What a racket!

The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient and thorough. I needed a new dentist office as mine shut down during covid. They were able to get me in within a short period of time! Thank You!

Poor customer service, initial visit was great they informed me of all I needed to have done and a price, had me apply for the care credit card which was approved for the initial price quoted, on the second visit they told me i owe $691 before I could be seen and could not explain why. Needless to say I am no longer a patient there.

Waited for a total of 2 hrs and 15 mins to see 3 people and the last being an Account Manager, talking about 7+k I said that is with my insurance? "OH u have insurane?" Let us get bk to u then in so sorry it too so long idk what happened!?!?!? TF??? Also rude and very unfriendly staff, felt like I was in jail getting my Xrays, not a professional set up at all, dirty all around. NOT happy at all

This corporation is made up of literal SCAMMERS. I went in for a basic cleaning under my insurance. The first red flag, was when the hygienist was doing my gum gap measurements, she didn't even poke my gums and was calling out "4's" and "5's" faster than any hygienist ever has. The second red flag, was when the office manager told me I needed a "deep cleaning" due to my "diagnosis" of infection. Meanwhile, I did not have symptoms of an infection. The officer manager, then stated that the deep cleaning would cost $2300 after insurance coverage. I asked if I could just have a routine cleaning as I had requested and they said it would be "illegal" to do so, since the doctor already diagnosed me. The whole interaction was bizarre and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving the facility which is something I hardly ever do. It was a complete waste of my time. A week later, I went to a reputable dentist at a private practice, that I have seen for years to get a second opinion. Not only did they not diagnose me with an infection or state the same gum gap measurements, they said my teeth looked great. I had no cavities, and minimal build up that was expected since I was due for a routine cleaning. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this con-artist of a corporation. I would give negative stars if I could for the complete and utter unethical malpractice and clear psychological sales tactics being implemented on patients. I also recommend that you look up the recent class action lawsuit against this corporation for similar unethical practices. It is also worth reading Facebook reviews from former employees revealing the unethical practices these employees are trained to facilitate. The rabbit whole of malpractice goes deep and the money grubbing behavior is evident. DO NOT GO HERE! OR ANY ASPEN DENTAL EVER!
