Terrible customer service. The worst I’ve ever encountered.By the way, when I walked out of the store, the T -Mobile store was conveniently right outside the AT&T doors. Easy solution.

How can a company be so inept and terrible? Once again, business customers are punished for trying to have a functioning business relationship with AT&T. No ability to provide customer support, no interest in retaining business customers who've been with the company for twenty+ years.

Today is the 2nd time I've been to this AT&T store in approximately 8 months. I think each time I go there the service is worse then the time before. The 1st time was 8 months ago, I upgraded to the Iphone 13 Pro Max. The representative that day seemed like she couldn't be bothered except when a song came and felt the need to start dancing. Today I went in and picked up 2 Apple Watches as part of the buy one get one. First they tell me that I don't qualify for the promotion because of the plan I am on and try to get me to switch to an unlimited plan. I hardly use any data so for me to upgrade to unlimited would be a waste of money. Just changing my plan alone would increase my bill about $20.00 - that $20 covered the per line charge for both watches. My phone needed an update before the watch could be setup. While waiting for the update to complete on my phone, the rep seemed more interested in texting and talking to his co-worker. This time could have been used to explain to me why 2 additional lines had to be added to my account. I left with that question unanswered. Once the watch was setup I was sent on my way. I'm pretty tech savvy but I feel a few minutes to show me the basic functions of the watch and how to navigate would have went a long way in improving the customer service experience. It seems like to be eligible for deals you have to have the latest and greatest plan. What about showing appreciation to loyal customers who have been with them for over 10-15 years. If I recall it costs more money to gain new customers then it does to keep existing customers.

The store and staff was excellent. Store was clean, full of smiles and staff members willing to assist. The great music was an added bonus. I will be back!
