βAbsolutely incredible customer service. The way it should be done. They took the time to help me figure out what I needed, researching the sources of the parts. They had me order my motorized retractable mirrors directly from the source, allowing me to save any markup cost. They ordered my airbags to enable me to qualify for a rebate. The installations were completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back when additional work is needed.β

βRNR is the place you want to repair your car. I was connected to and involved in car restoration growing up in Arizona and I know what to look for in a body/paint shop. People who care about details and have the passion to do perfect work are hard to find. RNR is the place in the Hagerstown area! Ryan promised me my out-of-pocket hatchback hole fill and paint repair would be flawless and explained the full repair plan in advance to me in detail. I'm amazed how exceptional the repair on my nearly new Honda turned out. I made the mistake of using a super popular well-known body/paint shop in Greencastle, PA for a front bumper cover deer strike fix. The work and attention to detail was horrible. Even after rework, the areas that should've been fine line precision taped look terrible. RNR is your place - trust them to do better than ANYONE in this area. If you're being steered by your insurance company to their preferred shop like Caliber (Trash) Collision, ask yourself why. Where your insurance company wants you to go is good for them - not you. βContacted EVS regarding issues with a new Entegra Coach / Spartan Chassis motorhome, they got us in right away to assess the issues, we returned in a few days later for them fix the Spartan issues, the coach manufacturer, Entegra, approved them to make warranty repairs. The shop and office area is spotless, all employees friendly and they worked diligently to correct our issues and had the coach back to us as scheduled.β

βMy husband and I were visiting from out of town when a light came on inmy 2014 Rogue. Gwen was able to tell me the likely culprit. I took my car the next day. They said they would squeeze me in since I was not local and needed to drive home. Dropped my car off around 1030. My transmission fluid and filter needed changed. By 6 pm we picked it up, the light was off and we paid a reasonable amount for the work done. I can't tell you how thankful we were, and how satisfied we were with the work done. 1000%.reccomend.β

Her names Lindsey I think. Kenny & Lily are very open to questions about work & everything that they would recommend. I normally feel uncomfortable going to shops just because I know some will take advantage of a person who donβt know much about cars but Iβve always felt so comfortable here. Lindsey up front is also very honest with my billing as well! All questions answered & no hesitation. 10/10 recommend!β
