I walked in and Justin immediately stopped what he was doing and looked over my bike and gave me some options for maintenance and upgrading. He also was able to tell me a little bit about the history of my vintage Trek. He did not try to upsale me and got to work on my bike immediately. In about an hour I rode out with new Sensamo tires and Q-tubes. Thank you Justin for a wonderful experience! I'll be baaack!”
