When our Church received notice of non-renewal from our carrier, I began the search for new coverage.I responded to the Brotherhood Mutual Insurance website. Within a day I received a call from Bobby Siska from Bitner Henry. He came out as soon as I could arrange time for him. He surveyed our situation, learned our history and needs, and made suggestions as to how to alter our current coverage for our benefit.Within a few days Bobby responded with a quote and an outline of options for us. He then met again with myself and two other Church reps to dig into the coverage offered. We made decisions and within a few days we had a firm proposal for coverage well in advance of the expiration of current coverage.I have nothing but the highest regard for Bobby Siska and the courteous and professional job he did for our Church.I recommend him highly. Also my limited communication with other Bitner Henry staff has been just fine.

I highly recommend Bobby Siska and Bitner Henry Insurance for church insurance. After receiving my online quote, Bobby contacted me right away. He is polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He walked with me around our church building and quoted all the options to meet our needs. In the end, we saved several thousand dollars a year but with much better insurance coverage. Very happy with their service.

I can not recommend this company based on my experiences. They have left our church uninsurable and were difficult to deal with.We initially filed a claim for wind and hail damage and an adjuster was sent to assess the claim. What he claimed was there was no hail damage only wind and filed his report.Contractors were contacted for quotes and immediately the competency of the adjuster came into question. They all identified the damage as hail.An independent adjuster checked the roof and he too identified the damage as hail damage.During this time there was additional wind damage and a second adjuster was sent out.Upon completion of his assessment he too identified the damage as hail damage and told me I should file another claim.Based on these facts and the first adjusters incompetency or motives a claim was filed.As a result of the firsts adjusters lack of qualifications, improper motives or incompetency it took three claims to get this matter resolved. It should have been done right the first time.As a result they denied my renewal for excessive claims.It wasn't excessive it wasn't done right the first time.Consumer beware.In addition I would call leave messages with no return call.Customer service needs improvement.Verifiable Compliant filed with NC Dept. of Ins.
