I needed my old phone (a Samsung Galaxy A20) factory reset and it wouldn't cooperate with me. So, I took it to the South End Hagerstown shopping center location and they got it taken care of. It took even them a while to get it to cooperate, but they persevered and got it done. A dear friend's phone totally broke and she desperately needed a replacement. She is very happy with her new phone from me and it works great. This Boost location has always taken good care of me.

My experience was great! Branden was the boost rep that helped me. I've been in this store several time and he is always the one I deal with. Everytime my experience with him is amazing. He is very good at what he does and while he always has a positive attitude and get the job done very fast!!!
