“The actual experience of picking up the car, driving the car, and dropping it off were great. The car was just what we needed (minivan for 6 to take a road trip) - it was in great shape and drove well. Drop off was quick and easy. The reason I'm taking one star off is because I had to call multiple times to get clarification on a few things, and I got different answers each time. At first I was told that drivers could be added at any location, separate from the person who made the reservation (me). Later I was told that the person who made the reservation had to be present to add the additional drivers. I was told that any of the drivers added could pick up the vehicle at first, and then later that only the contract holder (me) could pick it up. We had 4 drivers from 3 different cities being added, so it required some logistics to manage, which would have been fine, but getting different information at different times made it really challenging to figure out. Once we were all added and clear about who could pick up, it was smooth sailing.”
“This is the only place I will use for my rental needs. The staff is kind and respectful. Tje cars are always clean and in great condition. I travel long distances for work and they always go out of their way to get me a vehicle that has great gas mileage and is comfortable. I won't rent anywhere else

“I rented from this Hertz location last week and had a great experience! The staff were helpful & kind, even though their systems were down when I checked in. My car didn’t have a full tank of gas but they marked that on my receipt, so there were no issues.”

“I went to the DMV and got treated like I was an idiot…. So I went to this place where my husband always said good things about them….. They are amazing and are willing to help you and tell you everything you need…. Very satisfied…. Go there not the DMV …… Very nice people….. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!”
