Not only did he make it look better than when I bought it, it cleans up so much better now. I went with his Gtechniq crystal serum ultra coating. I had some swirl marks and scratches that he polished out and he was also able to restore the clarity in my windows. Thanks again highly recommend.”

“We had 2 five gallon buckets of honey (yes, honey!!!!) spill over and dump all over the back seat and floor of our car which we had for about three months. I pulled up detailers on line and Doug was the first one listed. My thought was I’d call and if someone said no, I would just go down the list until I hopefully found someone willing to tackle this monumental disaster. “This place is WONDERFUL, came through on Tuesday and had the pleasure of speaking to Sam at the window. She gave me the run down of how to enter the car wash, enjoying the ride with my feet off the breaks, and when exiting, and she couldn’t have been more pleasant. Even though I was hesitant to sign up for a membership, she gave me the flyer with all the Information and said to think about, come back and sign up when I’m ready! This was an all around great experience on my behalf and I will be signing up for that membership!”

Had to go across the street to get cash out to come back to use the bays…very upset and an inconvenience. I love this wash however I was very disappointed today. Overall it is a great station though.”

“Been looking for a place to get a membership and options on my car wash. This place has it all. Has a touch-less, soft touch, and a self washing station! I got the membership for convenience and it has not disappointed!
Limitation on 1 carwash per day and only 1 vacuum available at a time. Nevertheless still better than dealing with other places where my license plate cannot be read.
The quality of the carwash is as expected for machine washed, but still great! The only downside is the time it allows for drying. I always have to hand dry my truck as it runs out of time.
One thing I do like about this platform, I can use it anywhere in the United States! Works well for when on the road for vacation or traveling for work. The value you get is phenomenal. I got my membership in Maryland, and it covers all the way to Washington State! Definitely think this is a carwash to keep!”

“Decent self drive through car wash. They have touchless and touch bays as well as self service cleaning bays. These kind of car washes are always a compromise but it serves my needs. I do wish it did a better job drying (even after 2 passes) and spreading whatever the blue liquid is on the entire vehicle, not just on the right side.”

“I got a 4 wing dinner. Everything was fresh. Wings pulled apart. Not to greasy. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were hot and fresh. All the ladies behind the counter were nice and polite. Would recommend lunch for sure.”

“Wow! Everyone at Mod Wash in Hagerstown is exceptional! I had so many friends recommend this car wash to me when it 1st opened , and they were right! This place is awesome! They have the best music playing, towels, incredible vacuums, a mat washing device, large individual spaces to dry & detail your vehicle, and many other services! Today while I was drying my JEEP Gary asked if he could help me shine up my tires and bumpers! I couldn’t believe it! He really did a beautiful job! And I couldn’t thank him enough!
