I get my nails dome only once a year and that's because we travel back yo our home state of Wisconsin. Chi did a Powder-Dip polish and it looks fabulous. I couldn't be happier with the results. My experience was excellent and we had a nice conversation as well.
Cleanliness: The shop looked quite tidy.

I was disrespected and shunned away from the male Technician at the front who was on his phone when I came in for my lunch break. I was told that they are about to get busy and there is no one available. All I needed was my acrylic soaked off. I even offered to pay more for the convenience but no I felt discrimination was the motive here. Black people, don't support this nail salon. There's nothing worse than racism in our communities, it's disgusting and shameful ?

The guy was super rude and impatient. He started shaping my nails in a way I did not ask I told him and he screamed saying then what do you want. Completely rushed through it and did my nails horribly. Would never return again.

First time here, but I have been getting my nails done on a regular basis for years. I had a 630pm appointment and was all but rushed out the door…don’t schedule an appointment that late if you plan to do a terrible job and rush. Had to ask to have my nails evened out because they were filed completely crooked. Didn’t take the time to file my actual nail flat and my dip nails are thick and bumpy?? Clear top coat is messy and not covering the polish completely. Takes a lot for me to post a bad review, but very disappointed in the service, after I was recommended this place.

Absolutely love this place! The owners and staff are amazing! And I couldn’t ask for a more inviting and comfortable experience! I go in there with crazy ideas for my nails and have always left in awe with how great they turned out! I highly recommend this place.Services: Pedicure

The man who did my nails was sitting at the front desk when I arrived and he was not welcoming at all ... the photo I provided can't do justice of what terrible service I received. The nails are bumpy and rough. The paint job is terrible and the nude color is peeking through. I expressed my distaste for his work and he roughly wiped it off about 2-3 times but ended up doing the same crooked and chunky lines for the French tips. I wish he would have said he doesn't know how to do French instead of misleading me and doing a lazy and inconsistent job. Please save your money. You are better off wearing press ons.
