I’ve been to Classy Nails before and always had a good experience, but this last visit was very disappointing. I expressed to the owner that one of my nails didn’t look right, but instead of taking the time to fix it, he brushed it off. While cutting my cuticles, he cut me and left me bleeding — and when I pointed it out, he acted like it was no big deal.
What made it worse was that he seemed distracted the entire time, talking to someone else while doing my nails. I felt rushed and like there was little care or attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience really changed how I feel about this salon.

The nail Techs (Tony and his wife, Laura) are excellent. They are very personable and they strive to give you exactly what you ask for. Classy NAILS also offer 10% discounts on services which really is a great incentive for visiting them. Oh yeah, the owner is a hoot! I'll definitely continue to patronize and refer others to the shop. Thanx, Tony and Laura.

I waited 40mins for them to tell me they couldn’t do this set which is posted on here!! Waste of time and they had attitudes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME!

My nail tech is Laura. She has been doing my nails for 16 years and, in my opinion, there is no one any better. Her professionalism is second to none, and her personality is tops. I will follow Laura wherever she may be to do nails. She is a wonderful person.

I made an appointment for 4. Checked in at 4:01 and seated at 4:02 very promptly at booth 6 with Tinh. (I hope I spelled that right!)
I asked for stiletto nails with sparkle. He took great care that the shape was correct and I was impressed with how thoroughly he made sure there weren’t any weird lumps!
My color looks amazing and I didn’t feel rushed.
My inspiration photo + the desired result in the photos. Def will be returning!

I tried classy nails for the first time and I will never EVER go back. I asked for French tip pedicure with a color undercoat. The employees decided to talk amongst themselves and I asked what? The guy said my nails were short. And that was before he trimmed and filed them. I pick the reddish clear polish. I was in love as he started painting my toes. Without allowing my toes to dry, he puts the white line on my toes and then, tries to clean the lines up. Ofc, this caused the undercoat to come off, not all off. On all my toes but almost all of on all of them. I told the guy, I didn't like it and he said he didn't either. So the manager walked over and told me that if I leave with my toes looking like that he would give me 10% off..an entire $3.50!! I asked the guy to just take the polish off and I told both of them that they should of said they "couldn't do it" they said no body at no salon will ever do a color undercoat...hmmm, I explained, I have had it done a few times before. And the manager insisted that I was wrong!!! Anyway, I ask how much to just walk out, no polish..just call it done and the manager said $35.!! I said you couldn't even do what I ask d and he said " it so matter, my toes were already polished!! So after going back n forth I finally just picked a color and told him to just paint them so I can get the hell home. The guy comes back to tell me that the color I picked, was stolen out of the box and I needed to pick another color!!! I'm livid at this point I talk to the manager AGAIN and let him know, that 1. If someone can not give the customer what they want, they should tell the customer and let the customer decide if they want to change what they want or get someone else to do it. 2. They couldn't paint the color I asked for, which I didn't even mention that I had picked a glitter color and the manager told me it was too light for my toes?? (What does that even mean?) 3. I pick a color again and it was stolen and yet you make the customer feel like they were trapped in the salon and had to pay full price before they could leave. BTW, the crazy thing is they had another employee there that didn't get a customer until I was FINALLY getting my top coat on my toes. And to put the icing on the cake, he didn't walk me to the dryer, he didn't take my shoes over, he didn't turn the dryer on, he nodded at the dryer and I took it from there. At the end, I told they guy to get his tip from the manager. The worst experience at a nail salon in years. Don't waste your money or your time. They suck, never apologized and basically called me a liar about having my toes done with a color undercoat. Horrible customer service. Idk why they (business owners/managers) think they can treat the customer however and get away with it... Lesson definitely learned. CLASSY NAIL will never get a chance to get my business again! Got a 1 star because I couldn't complete without 1.
