Eric is great! My car has been there twice and they are great at working through the issues and turn around time is great. The only hold up on job completion is due to parts availability which they have no control over. They do their best to stay within budget and on bigger jobs allow you to pay a partial payment upfront and then incrementally pay up until the job is completed.

The only mechanic I've been to that doesn't feel like they are trying to upcharge me. Quick efficient work, great personality, and family owned. I'd give them 6/5 if I could.

Me and my husband were driving down the road and our tire blew. It was a Saturday so they were closed but the owner gladly put two new tires on and was very hospitable. Great ownership and the customer service was outstanding. If we lived in state we would definitely return!!

My car needed Maryland State Inspection and battery adjustments and undercarriage work. Kenney of "Complete Car Care" completed all necessary service efficiently and professionally. With 220,000 miles, the car runs like new. Billing was below original estimate. Complete Car Care is conveniently located on Leitersburg pike. If i ever need auto work, I'll be a regular customer.

Great locally owned and operated auto repair shop. Mechanic offers full service repairs at fair and reasonable prices. I've had things as simple as basic oil changes to extensive engine work completed here without issue. I have full confidence that just about anything I bring over for a look will get an honest look and diagnosis. Good communication and overall service. High recommendations.

Save yourself some time! Find another repair shop. I was misquoted on my bill, over-charged and "Mr. Friendly" at the front desk (Kenny) would not answer my questions regarding the bill. He hung up on me when I questioned his math in figuring my bill. "Mr. Friendly", told me it would be $135 to replace a 3rd brake light. Shop guy took forever to put light in and I was charged $195 for the brake light and over 2 hours for labor. This shop charges S&E; shop and environmental tax and then taxes customers state tax on the S&E. Labor charge is extremely high at this repair shop. Trust me!...look for another shop to take care of your vehicle. This one will rip you off!

Car was in need of a oil change and this place is about a mile from my house. Called up and friendly owner Eric told me they were very booked but could squeeze in an oil change for me, same day. So surprised, I dropped it off and they had it ready for me in a few hours. Price was much less than I was used to paying for full synthetic so I was happy. Highly recommended!

He got us back on the road when we had a flat tire. All other shops were closed and he was nice enough to help us out. He also was going to charge me less than others that were already closed. Stand up guy and funny.
