I stopped in CVS on Wilson Blvd to pick up my grandson's medication. I went into the store and the young lady at the front greeted me with gladness, unfortunately once I got to the pharmacy and waited patiently, no one acknowledged that I was there, they didn't even look at me, the young lady who might've been the medtech walked around collecting prescriptions, and after 5 or 7 minutes a car pulled up to the drive through, without hesitation the young lady went to assist that person, I waited a few more minutes and I started walking away, still no one acknowledged me leaving. The same young lady who greeted me also acknowledged me and wished me a good evening. At least someone in the store had manners. That was a discouraging visit. I never play the race card but today, let's call a spade a spade. I need to find another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Aetna makes me use these people. Always some kind of issue with my prescriptions. This place is a real joke. No communication whatsoever. Extremely difficult to talk with someone. And the tall gentleman that cashes you out, ALWAYS has an attitude, and you can hear him COMPLAIN about things. He's a real treat.

Came in just when they were pulling pharmacy gates. Kindly asked pharmacist if I could get filled prescription in waiting bin for sick daughter. Pharmacist said nope. I know for a fact the front register could've scanned it. 12hrs my daughter now has to endure without(raging infection). Unprofessional, unhelpful, and no longer going to be used by us. Dude was right there by the bin. 10 seconds of his time too much to ask. Get a new job if you hate yours this much.

I shop at CVS on Wilson Blvd. often and there is no team member there as awesome as Craig! The store is regularly understaffed but he always goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. Definitely an asset to this store.

Absolute nightmare would not recommend. Brian screamed my medication in front of every one talked to me like garbage I had 3 people apologize to me that were in line at the pharmacy saying how sad it was how I was treated my medicine was ready for pick up on the 6th the older lady refused to give it to me that day I was calm she printed out that I was early the month prior but when I asked her to print when I was due for pick up my doctor said it’s to be picked up on the 6th to have what ever they needed filled out faxed over she threatened to call the police on me it is now the 10th I go in and due to them being angry with me they red flagged me so I’m unable to pick my medicine up needless to say if you don’t want issues and disrespect don’t use this pharmacy

The last time I was at CVS was Friday May 3rd and it seemed to be just fine this time. I was waited on byJody he was quick and professional and all my prescriptions were ready. Unlike the other times I've been there recently.
