You need to hire more workers to work in the pharmacy. There is no reason why anyone should have to wait four or five hours for medicine.

Worst customer service on the planet. Refused to be helpful in any way. Got shuffed to four different staff members, none of which seemed to have any clue what they were doing.
The one and only reason I step foot in CVS is because my insurance, CVS Caremark, dictates that I use CVS. And if I had any other choice I would take it even if it meant driving to the moon to get meds.
I left CVS today, went down the street to Wallgreens and paid full price, less the GoodRx coupon and got what I needed in a flash. And they were pleasant in the process!
CVS....worst company I have to deal with on a fairly regular basis. I really am ready to just start paying full price for meds at a store that has decent customer service. I mean is it really that hard to say, "Hello, how can I help you?"

A absolute shithole to go to, let alone work for. Upper management are completely disconnected with their heads so far up their ass they can't even smell the shit smell inside the store

Nothing at all. It's always a pleasure dealing with Brian, the Pharmacist, and the entire staff at the pharmacy. Plus the staff throughout the store.

Drivethru was fine until they got robbed, so now you have to go inside. Upon walking inside I noticed it smelled like shit soon as I walked in, on a positive note I was greeted. But that smell was disgusting and that's been each time I had to go inside. I will not return not even if they were giving away stuff I'm cool .

I have to get all my prescription through CVS. All my prescriptions are right and ready really fast if I have to call one in. The problem is employee motivation and eagerness to help a customer get the job done quick as possible not keep people waiting. And that goes for the entire store not just the pharmacy. Very few people from the pharmacy seem to be able to answer questions as if they're interested. It just doesn't seem to be happy place to work.
