The CVS STORE employees are wonderful, helpful and sweet… but the pharmacy employees are miserable and rude. I have continued coming here purely for proximity to my home and after I was in the middle of explaining a situation (after an Rx reversal they did by mistake) and put on hold today that sealed the deal for me. We’re a family of six and frequently need prescriptions filled and nearly every time I come I wonder what rude employee I will encounter. Fortunately, there are many more pharmacies and delivery options that are much more convenient and I don’t have to deal with pharmacy techs that have zero customer service.

I just had the most pointless argument over the phone with a very rude pharmacist who had very poor communication skills (I didn't get his name, he only answered the phone with \"hi\" and I had to ask if I was even speaking with CVS pharmacy, and he'd interrupt me while I was answering questions he, himself, had just asked). I had called this location over a week ago to get a prescription refilled and their automated system told me it would contact my doctor to get this script refilled (I've gone through this same process every month for over a year and a half with no problems whatsoever, and I assumed this time would be no different). After not getting a \"prescription is ready for pickup\" text for over a week I called the pharmacy again and this time spoke with a real person, and when I informed him their automated refill system told me it would contact my doctor last week he told me that's not true, and that it has \"never\" worked this way for this kind of medication! I asked him if their phone machine lied to me about contacting my doctor for a refill approval and in a mocking tone he asked \"Can machines lie?\" I don't even know how to respond to such a ridiculous question. I just want my medicine so I can function and this pharmacist was mocking me and putting the blame on me because THEIR automated system didn't do what it said it would, and left me without my medicine for over 10 days! How is that my fault? I just want my medication, not play mind games over the phone with a man-child who was never taught how to answer a phone. I then contacted my doctor's office and they were confused why my pharmacy didn't contact them directly like it had done in the past. Moral of the story: DO NOT trust the automated refill system at CVS Pharmacy! It will lie to you!

Just picked up a prescription at the drive-thru window and I dealt with the rudest person; Melissa. Never seen her before and she had a mean look on her face like she didn't want to be there at all. I greeted her \\\"hi, how are you\\\" and she just stared at me and said nothing. I knew it was going to be one those interactions where she doesn't like her job. So, I proceeded to say \\\"I'm picking up a prescription.\\\" and once again a silent stare back at me. So I just moved on and just said my name and date of birth, which is what everyone at this location has always asked before, but this lady (with tattoos all over her arms) was too important to speak; I guess. If I see her at this location again, I'm changing my pharmacy, period. That type of rudeness should not be tolerated and/or allowed by anyone.

Great place. I've moved all my prescription here die to the pharmacy staff.
