CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While the store is generally clean and offers good sales with a loyalty card, the pharmacy services seem to be a point of concern. Customers have reported long wait times for prescriptions, with one technician, Laura, going the extra mile to assist a customer in an emergency. The automated system for refilling prescriptions has also been criticized as being cumbersome. The store's staffing levels appear to be an issue, with only one register open at times and a lack of pharmacy technicians to handle the workload. Additionally, the vaccine appointment process was described as inconvenient, though the pharmacy technician was helpful in navigating the app. Despite these challenges, the store's rewards program and the availability of prescriptions have been praised by some customers. Overall, CVS seems to be a mixed bag, with room for improvement in its pharmacy operations and customer service.
Cvs has changed their policy and has denied me my medications based on the ZIPCODE I reside in. They tried to say I lived too far from my prescribing doctor (I live 2 miles away! Should I take up residency in my doctors anus?!)

It’s always something with this place. Prescriptions never ready when they’re promised. Unfriendly employees. Long wait times. Impossible to get in contact with the pharmacy on the phone. Just overall completely disappointed with how downhill cvs has gone.
