I'm an employee of the company at a different building, so this isn't a random customer complaint. When my family and I first arrived into the store parking lot the lights were down as if the store was closed. When we got out of the car to check to make sure the store was open the lights were turned on. When we were checking out I handed my employee discount card to the cashier (Kara) to verify that I am employeed by the company just as she is. She instantly gave us an attitude. She was throwing our items into the bags and aggressively tossing hangers as if we had done something wrong to her. Our receipt time and date is 3/6/24 at 7:04 pm.

Nice and large selection of sporting goods for all types of sports. Sparse on some The North Face clothing. The golfing section is nice. Ok selection of bikes. So many sneakers and socks. The people that work here are not always easy to find.

Made a special trip here (45 minutes each way) for one specific item. One person working a register. Three other customers in the entire store. Two employees working in the area I was meandering around. They were “Straightening merchandise” and obviously avoiding eye contact with me as I walked around slowly several times with my phone in my hand and looking over their merchandise for what I wanted. Very disappointing experience and I left without purchasing anything.
