I places an order for 3 sandwiches & an order if parm bites, my order was $28.22. When the delivery driver arrived, I handed him $40 and asked for $5 change. This man looks at me and proceeds to tell me, in very broken English, "I so sorry, I forget change" and offered no solution, other than I was beat for my change! UNACCEPTABLE DOMINO'S!!

The food here is always great. I have ordered from here before and it always high quality food. I would highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Had lots of options for a vegetarian pizza. Their bread stick have vegetarian options too. Love they have plenty of vegetarian options. Lots of places you have to ask but it's right on their menu.

We have a Christmas Eve tradition of giving gift bags to the home-free & with the warmer weather this year we decided to park in the lot across Prospect from Dominos and distribute them on our bikes. There is no sign indicating this lot is at all affiliated with Dominos and the only posted sign says No Loitering - Police Enforced. After a couple hours of riding around town, we returned to the truck to grab a bite. Before I could even finish my apple, “the owner” of Dominos sent an employee out to tell us we had been there for 2 hours and needed to leave in 5 minutes. I explained that we had been gone that whole time but she insisted we were loitering right then, a mere moments after we got back. In that short time, we even considered Dominos for said bite to eat, but she made that a hard no pretty quickly. Despite her rude and hostile tone, we wished her a happy holiday and parked on the street. I can’t speak to the food quality, but the service and atmosphere certainly suck. IF that lot does in fact belong to Dominos (which I doubt considering it’s “police enforced”) and they don’t want people parking there, some more accurate signage is definitely in order.

Best dominos in all of Maryland ! Best food, amazing employees, great customer service! The food is always fresh and tastes better than any other dominos I’ve done too. Even if there is a dominos closer to my hotel when I stay in Hagerstown I will make the ride to pick up from this location. Everything just tastes better and the employees seem to take more pride in their food! 5 stars all around !

Absolutely outrageous unspeakable customer service I've ever experienced and I have traveled extensively. Ordered pizza pepperoni onion at midnight Friday night pizza came on time but it had green peppers on it my children cannot eat green peppers, we just got off of a flight and came home by Uber and wanted to have something to eat and they were open I will never order from here again I have several points that I'm just going to disregard. I called at 12:00 Saturday morning after not being able to get a hold of anyone last night. I was told by the person a female who answered the phone who would not give me a name who only proceeded to tell me to call back tomorrow that the manager would be there I told her I still have the pizza why can't they remake the pizza and she hung up on me. This place is unbelievable my kids have peanut butter and jelly I ordered another Pizza Saturday afternoon for them from a good pizza place. This location has despicable service. I should have looked at the stars but I've ordered from Domino's before and never had a problem, this is undeniably unacceptable to treat customers this way. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here it's not worth the trouble. I paid $30 and got nothing stuck with a pizza that we can't eat that's holding up space in my refrigerator. I'm going to heat it up and donate it to the people who don't have anything to eat. I don't believe in throwing food away so I'm just going to donate it to someone who is hungry. There's enough Street dwellers here in Hagerstown that I'm sure someone will enjoy it. Really shame on you Domino's. You've lost a customer that has been ordering for 40 years

Haven’t ordered in a while from this location , gave them a chance and I’m glad I did. Delivery wasn’t long the food was piping hot when they handed it to me. Looks like i may order from them again! Good job
