On the outside, the hotel didn't look like much. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Wouldn't ever recommend staying here. I gave the service a 3 because my Mom was very easily able to get a room and get us checked in asap. I now understand why. The place was in ruins. Location gets a 2 cause they at least had space to park a 20ft Uhaul with a tow. Lots of homeless around and some lingered around the doors so once you opened it with the key card you would hold it for them thinking they were coming in too. The hallways smelled like bleach and other heavy cleaning supplies. No windows or doors open to air the place out. The room we got, 261, was a wreck. Immediately after entering neither me nor my mother could breathe. The room reeked of some sort of bug killer. We had driven for about 12 hours from Tennessee to here and we were tired and needed to rest. That wasn't going to happen here. My mother showered while I let our 2 cats out of their carriers and allowed them to roam. Huge mistake. Never should've had them in the room. We were in the room for roughly an hour and in that time the smell soaked into our clothes, our bags of supplies, our cat carriers and our cats. I've no idea whether what was the smell was even pet safe. I'd like to hope so considering that the place is pet friendly. I've been monitoring my cats since then and they seem ok but I'm still going to watch them and keep attempting to clean the smell out of them and their food bowls, water dish, and carriers. It's proving to be difficult. When we left my mom tried to get a refund and I've no idea if she did or not. I know however the clerk or whatever tried to offer her another room but she explained to me it was just as bad plus was only 1 bed. She went on to tell me once in the car that the clerk told her the reason it was so bad was because the homeless. They apparently stay in the Econo-Lodge side of the building so they don't take as good care there as opposed to the Quality Inn side. If you need a Pet Friendly place to stay I wouldn't do this place at all. If you drive 30 miles north( roughly 30 minutes) you'll end up in Chambersburg PA which has a La Quinta with big truck parking and is Pet Friendly or where we stayed, a Comfort Inn, also big truck parking and Pet Friendly, the prices were roughly the same save and the parking as well.

Not sure where to begin. The rusted lamps, trim falling off with mold behind it or mold in the bathroom. Best part was my busted window. Not to mention the mariachi band of roaches, crawling across the dresser. And then when I called front desk and ask for my money back for a new room, I was told now and that I would not be receiving any funds back or be replaced into a different room. I was basically told to get over it so I slept in my carbecause I felt a lot safer and cleaner in there than that room.

Location is in a pretty crap part of hagerstown unless you're on drugs and happy to be in convenient location of hotels that are known for drug dealers and users to stay at...
The lady at the front desk was really nice and personable that was about the only great thing about it really!
We checked into the room and we were on the first floor. We walk in to a smell of this God awful bug spray? My boyfriend guessed roach spray it was so strong it hit you as soon as you walked in the room! The floors were so sticky every time you took a step, your shoes on the floor got stuck and made that weird noise😭
We tried settling for the evening as it is what it is at this point...when we see A ROACH crawled out of the ac/heating unit. It was a big one too so my boyfriend killed it but not long after another came out!
Not to forget you only get 1 pillow per person, they're old flat and gross, the room looked like it was in a basement and when I went to check out there was a man walking in and out of the lobby to the front of the building tweaking off something; grabbing his face, on and off the phone literally calling people to get drugs I heard💀
One of the worst hotels I've ever been to which is a shame because a few years ago the quality inn wasn't too bad. Econo lodge?? PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
