You can make a reservation but it means nothing. You will wait in line for a car along with everyone else who walks through the door. The staff are rude and I waited an hour to get the car after checking in and providing my information again after providing it during the reservation process. It was titled" save time" which turned out to be a real joke. I planned to pick up the car on my lunch hour. That obviously didn't happen!!

I gotta kill some time while i wait for an Uber so I'll write a review. I reserved a pickup at 4pm, got dropped off at 401pm (1 minute late) and the door was locked. The good looking one let me in, he's very helpful. The other employee (with a broken leg) just kinda laughs at you as you walk past him ( I guess because I got dropped off after they lock the door? Is that how his leg got broken?)...it makes sense that one guy's desk is right up front and center while the other guy's desk is like wayyyy over in the corner. They don't accept Chime Debit cards (understandable) and I wasn't gonna waste time transferring funds etc so I'll just use one of the apps. 4/5 :)

Do not trust them! Take pictures of the entire vehicle before it leaves the lot. Make sure you get pictures of building in picture. Take pictures of vehicle when you bring it back too. They will put a claim on you for a cut or "crack" that was pre- existing($250). They will not give you your $100 back. Customer service is an absolute joke. She apologized for telling me where the "crack" was and then apologized when I told her where the slices were and that they were there before we rented the vw Passat. 6 month update; They will call you during your work hours and if you can't answer, they will take it off your credit card without promision($250).

On February 13, 2024, I made a reservation with Enterprise Car Rental due to an unexpected snowstorm affecting my low-profile luxury vehicle's ability to navigate the conditions safely. Upon arrival at the rental location, I expressed my concern to a representative about my vehicle's unsuitability for snow driving. While reviewing my reservation, the young man was prepared to give me my current vehicle until a female representative informed the young man to upgrade me to a larger vehicle at an additional cost of $15 to $20 per day. Then he said this was the only vehicle available. The young man said I booked today and it was the only vehicle they have at the moment, with 40 other reservations they had to accommodate. However, I found it unacceptable to be pressured into an upgrade due to their inventory management issues. While I acknowledge the common sales tactic of upselling, having worked in the rental car industry myself, I was disappointed by the lack of integrity in this approach. As a leader in the industry, it is imperative to prioritize offering suitable products to customers rather than pressuring them into unnecessary upgrades. My preference has always been to prioritize customer satisfaction and foster repeat business by providing options first and foremost. Regrettably, I opted to take my business elsewhere following this experience. My advice to Enterprise Car Rental is to uphold sales tactics with integrity to maintain customer trust and loyalty.

Typical Hagerstown ran business. Incompetent, unprepared, and multiple outdated systems.

From pick up to drop off service was phenomenal! I had work done at caliber collision they picked me up brought me to their location and had in a rental within 30 minutes. Then when my vehicle was complete they picked up the van from caliber and called me the next day to let me know everything was good and released the deposit. Quick easy and stress free.

When dropping off a rental car, they will attempt to guilt trip you into paying for pre-existing damages. Dodging the fact that the pick-up location notated the pre-existing damages during pick-up. "Well, your company has paid for the damage waiver". My company shouldn't have to pay for pre-existing damages & we sure hope we don't get that bill.

I've rented from Enterprise for over 25 years for my company. Typically 6-15 times a year. In my first time dealing with this location I felt very uneasy as everything they did felt shady. I couldn't put my finger on it but something isn't right. I have reported this location to Enterprise as they need to be looked into.

Whoever works here sucks at their job. They call demanding money. When i called back 5 different time i spent 30mins on hold then they hung up. The next 4 rang for 4 minutes and hung up. How do u run a buisness like this. Fire everyone there they obviously dont care about customers or about being a buisness. Disgusting.
