Great little FedEx Office location. They always take care of my packages quickly and provide a receipt every time. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the process easy. If I’m shipping with FedEx, this is the place I go.

I went to use their print and go seevice at fedex on Garland blvd Hagerstown amd i dropped my credit card on the floor unknowingly. I searched for it when i got home but couldn't find it anywhere. Delvanshire and Sasha e-mailed me to let me know they have my card. This is wonderful ❤️. Thank you for being a honest worker. God bless u.

This hagerstown location is amazing. I gave them my ideas for a obituary for a love one. Everything was on point & didnt cost much. They can print anything just the way you want it. Thank you again. ❤️

Went here to send back a phone to Xfinity and the lady at the counter was SUPER helpful and sweet! She also told me about a bunch of extra services they do there that I didn’t know about, which I thought was real great from a business perspective. Up selling like a champ! Haha! But she printed off my shipping label for me and got my phone packed up and sent on its way in no time, all while being friendly and informative.Location is convenient, staff is super friendly and helpful, and it seems like there are several useful services there. They have self serve printers that you can use for whatever you may need. I was glad I found this place as my town only has the Fed Ex drop boxes, and I was unable to print the label out at home. Super nice to know they can print the label, box it up and send it off for me all at once!

I’ve used this location a lot recently for shipping orders, returning equipment to Directv & Xfinity as well as printing jobs and they’re always super friendly, quick and very helpful! They even noticed I was printing labels for Mercari and made suggestions to eliminate the cost of the labels for FedEx shipments. I’m very pleased with this location and even go a little out of my way to use this store because they’re so helpful & even go above & beyond!! Side Note: I’m not always pleased with FedEx deliveries either but this isn’t the FedEx delivering your packages… :)

They never delivered my cell phones! Nothing moved once it reached the Hagerstown warehouse. Seems they have thieves working for them!

Thank you to the delivery person that respected my package so much that he threw my package at my door. Unfortunately you should look at the apartment door you are delivering to ensure you are actually delivering to the correct location, but you would have noticed the camera as well.

Actually its not about the place...but it's about the guy who doing delivery...couple times whenever I buy something online and shipped by fedex they never knock the door..even yesterday I buy item from ebay and I never get the item but the tracking historic shown already deliver...couple time I saw they deliver on the wrong building..my apartmen have alot building...maybe you guys should pay attention about the right number of addresses and not just put on the ground...at least you guys knock the door.
