My package was supposed to arrive on Friday, but they rescheduled it for today, Saturday. The driver had my package with him all day here in Hagerstown and simply didn't deliver it. I just left it for Monday, when I urgently needed this package for tomorrow, Sunday. Now I see why this warehouse has such bad reviews. Terrible experience, I need this urgently for tomorrow, I’m very frustrated, please whoever see this don’t use FedEx in Hagerstown, Michael should be arrive today and they just lie, very frustrated this FedEx location it’s a shame

The delivery driver, Jayden, went out of his way to ensure I was able to get my packages, even though it meant he had to deliver them at the end of his day, after he had finished his other deliveries. He was extremely conscientious, polite, and professional. I am very grateful 🙂

I want to thank this FedEx location for making the shipping of an item, plus helping my fiance with the shipping label in his email... also, the lady that was working here that day, she had to deal with one helluva belligerent customer, and she handled it like a pro!!!

Pkgs have been left on our trash cans and since i left a complaint, now they are being stuffed into our mail bix. 5 pkgs today alone. He also statwd pkgs were left at our 'gated' driveway, which we dont have

Constantly leave packages in front of the garage door despite instructions. Get in your car, back out of the garage and guess what, fedex set you up to destroy your box. Absolute worst.

I was waiting for a time-sensitive critical package which was supposed to be delivered before 8 pm EST on 8/19/2025. The delivery driver went to the wrong house in my street and put up the label that we missed delivery since no one was at home, while I was waiting at my home since morning not going anywhere! When I called the fedex office they told me they cannot deliver until Monday (8/22/2025) and if I need it urgently I can pick it up at this location which is 2 hours drive from my house. I explained to them I am a senior citizen and I cannot drive that far due to health issues. When I asked the agent if I can speak to someone who can make some decision, she put me on hold and disconnected!
NEVER Ship anything from FedEx! I have seen US Postal service is much more reliable and also less expensive.

Do better FedEx! Every package of mine that you have handled from Amazon and eBay has had delays! Pics of the latest fiasco with this review.
Initial info showed the package would be delivered midday Saturday, August 9th. An update was received showing by the end of the day. By late evening, nothing...
I wake up the next morning and it goes from what should've been a Saturday delivery to Tuesday! How is it that you have my package in Hagerstown, and I need to wait additional days? After receiving the update this morning, I tried filing a support ticket, and your system is down. I tried having the package held at your shipping terminal, and that doesn't work either!
This isn't the first, but to be honest it will be the last if I can help it. I will purposely avoid sellers and businesses that use your shipping service, because this has happened one time too many.

Great location to ship packages. Super easy transaction to walk inside. They also have a drop box outside which is convenient for smaller packages
