I want to give a big shout out to Andrew in the line haul office at FedEx Ground in Maryland in the line haul office he’s done an amazing job with ensuring that I got my correct trailer I want to put this into consideration when I first got into the office there was a lady I asked a question about my trailer and she was giving me the wrong answer and this gentleman Andrew in the image stand up and came to my rescue with a big smile and tell me everything step by step and what to do and he promised me that I would have my trailer as soon as I would get done offloading he went above and beyond for the call of duty so he deserves to be a supervisor because he has a good heart he not just comes to work for a paycheck but he goes to work to do his job and I am grateful that I met him and on the behalf of the company and myself his boss needs to give him a raise for a good job well done! This is the best place to come as FedEx line haul drivers for business.

Needed to at least put a star for review but they deserve none! FEDEX Hagerstown is a liar, lazy & careless unconcern delivery grp of people! My packages had not been delivered without problems, from lies of : location not found, residence obstruction to request of delay delivery. Lies also of attempted dlvry & re-dlvry. Had to call the business who used them just to follow through & FEDEX CS line to deliver, only to come incomplete, busted open & so delayed! Beware for those customers waiting for their parts as you’d need to pay your people more for all the delays & good riddance if those are produce & live trees as they’d rot & die within their process. All these happened to me but have not had any problems with any other shipping companies from UPS (the greatest!), USPS & local deliveries! Businesses, pls don’t use FEDEX! FEDEX HAGERSTOWN SHAME on you!!!!

Another 1 star review for FedEx. They deliver a package to the wrong address, show a picture of someone else's front door, but leave you with no option for them to help. They simply tell you to contact the company you purchased something from. It seems leaving them a 1 star review is the only way to get any attention. It is nice that they respond and seem to want to fix things, but the problems with FedEx home delivery runs so deep it will never change. I wish more companies would let you choose alternate carriers.

These people are covering their mistakes. I was emailed about my package was out for delivery and would be at my place on 9/27/25 difinite. I waited till 10:00pm and no package. My time was wasted and I could not get a hold of anyone after those hours. I had to use facebook. I was told their scanner went on the fritz (not working). The next day 9/28/25 is when I actual got my package between 10:30-11:19am. When they got the scanner to work it was showing a time stamp 9/27/25 10:35am. That is not true. They will not fix it, they do not care, they investigated themselves and show no wrong. Basically they wasted my time and made me a liar! Someone is covering their butts in lies.

Delivered my package to the wrong place, customer service was little to no help, my ticket got closed out with no help in resolving the issue.

Fed Ex is the absolute worst. I'd rather get things from the USPS. At least they don't lose my packages.
