Linehaul was so helpful and kind and helped us with a huge problem in a matter of minutes. Everyone here is so nice and i cant thank them enough for taking care of our issue. The driver from the location in Hagerstown quit delivering to my front door. I have had directions on my FedEx manager for years that reads FRONT DOOR!! No one does anything about it or cares. Shame on you. Oh and I'm not a business so I don't close! Audit your Drivers. They lie on their status messages on deliveries. I Have multiple security cameras on my driveway and front porch that don't lie and they record 24/7. Guess FedEx dose not paying for damaged items or lost one.

If you're dropping off someone who works for FedEx or contracted by ... Do NOT go through the gate! ASK someone 1st because you're waved in by the guy then treated like a criminal. Teach the men at the gate to do his job & you won't have any problems!

I ordered a package from Wayfair and they decided to ship with FedEx for some reason. I personally don't like FedEx in Maryland. I think they hire poorly and the drivers are either lazy or incompetent. My package was scheduled for September 22nd. However it arrived in Maryland yesterday on September 21st. Why was it not it delivered then, the FedEx agent said the driver had too many packages to delivery on the 21st. Um, does FedEx only have 1 driver? I'm not understanding. FedEx is terrible and has poor communication. If I had a choice in who delivers, it wouldn't be them.

This company is completely incompetent. They didn't even know how to find a package in their own warehouse. Second thing is there's no direct number to ANY of the warehouses. You have to go through this ridiculous automated system and even then it only tells you the status of the package. So if there's a delay in delivery, don't count on FedEx to deliver it. My package sat in the back of their warehouse for an entire week, but the only thing I could get by using my tracking number was that there's an exception. BUT IT NEVER SAID WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS!! So I went up there, gave them my tracking number, and was told it wasn't there even though their app said it was. Then before I even got to the light on hopewell road, they called me back and said, "oh we found it, how far are you?"The third and biggest problem is that the first delivery was stolen off my porch because the delivery driver was TOO LAZY to walk up my 4 steps on my porch and actually try to hide it. FedEx will be my LAST RESORT for shipping ANYTHING. It's absolutely ridiculous. There was one good thing about my experience, and that was the supervisor on duty who brought the package out HERSELF to give it to me. She was very nice and polite. But you still only get 2 stars because that wasn't enough to fix the hassle I had to go through for this package. Glad it wasn't anything that could save my life.

Incompetent drivers and company in general. Scheduled to have a package delivered between 10 and 2. They drove by my house at 11:30 as my wife is sitting on the front porch and did not attempt to make a delivery. I get a text at 11:41 that no one was home for the delivery, again as my wife is sitting outside watching the truck drive by our house. Called the 800 number and they don't even have a way to contact their own drivers and I can come pick up my package tonight. I live 40 minutes away, totally unacceptable. This company deserves to be out of business as this has happened multiple times over the years.

Extremely frustrated!! FedEx delivered to the wrong address twice!! I live in a residential home on Summit Farm Dr and they delivered our package to a business on NBN Way half a mile away. The business had an outgoing pick up the same day and sent it back and the next day FedEx claimed they couldn't find my address even though I confirmed it with customer service the day before. Then today I spoke with customer service and they said if I went to the warehouse in Hagerstown almost 40 minutes away I could pick it up there but I only had 90 minutes to get there. So I rushed over only to be told that my package was buried on a truck and I wouldn't be able to get it until the next morning! Wasted almost an hour and a half round trip for nothing! When I explained what customer service told me, the warehouse employee told me "oh yah, customer service always tells people that". Absolutely ridiculous!!

Had a couch that was supposed to be delivered on Friday June 30th. Got delayed until Saturday July 1st. Saturday came was told it was going to be delivered at "End of Day"End of day came with absolutely no update or communication from them. No update today either on Sunday July 2nd. All it says is "in transit"Still don't know when my couch is getting here.

This company is the worst you can’t even talk to nobody and then you get people who can’t connect or contact the facilities is ridiculous but I tell you one thing for sure I will never ever in another like time deal with these people their business is freaking ridiculous and horrible

They act like they don't know where tanytown maryland isMy current shipment has been sitting in the facility since Thursday today is Monday. They may or may not deliver it tomorrow. I hate fedex because of this locationAnd don't even get me started on the fact that no matter what you try to do You can't talk to anyone you call this location. You get a robot that's how fedex rolls.

This facility is the reason why 99% of my packages are delayed. Every single time it goes to the facility it's guaranteed its gonna be delayed. I'm not sure what's going on but I can't count on FedEx for quick deliveries or even on time deliveries because of this place. They need another facility to pick up the slack or a restructuring of the people and assets at this facility to make any deadlines I've had. Honestly I don't remember the last time I've received my package on time from FedEx and Hagerstown is always the reason.

Every package that we’ve ever had delivered through Hagerstown is delayed and late. We ordered a trampoline that is shipping in 3 separate boxes. 2 boxes came through Hagerstown and are late and the 3rd box came through Northampton, PA and arrived on time. Really wish FedEx would step in and get the Hagerstown location working more efficiently!

There was a mix up getting a delivery so that we could keep our pool open for wedding guests this weekend MARGO was absolutely awesome and even hand delivered the package down to the parking lot when we arrived to pick it up this human is an absolute credit to your business in a world full of corporate drones. If this lady hasn't been given a raise lately she deserves one!!!!!

Every time a package is needed to be delivered by you all it’s always late or lost in shipping process after a carrier has picked it up. This company is the last company I want to deliver anything to me.
