Horrible experience. The staff and directors are acting in a extremely unethical and discriminatory manner. First questions that was asked to me when I entered this bank was where I am from and that I’m not allowed to open a bank account if I am from Pennsylvania. The teller Robin treated me lower then dirt and as if she was superior to Me. Only person kind there was a Person teller named Shay which was very professional and tried to talk to me with the decency of a valued customer. After this horrible and racist experience I called there 1800 number and humbly explained what happened and that it’s the holidays and I don’t want to files complaints but recommend Shay for her professional and ethical behavior. Next day the district manager froze my account causing me great amount of mental anguish and monetary damages because I wasn’t able to pay my bills. Complaint with federal reserve has been filed. Also complaint with human relations for discrimination by business.
