Nice people, but the hair cut they gave my son wasn't what I had asked for. Wanted shorter, keep his layers, but they cut it so short there wasn't any layers left the hair around the ears was squared off. The back was uneven too. He was so unhappy with it after we left. I wanted to try here instead of hair cuttery, but this was unfortunate. I'm afraid of how it will grow back with how this is laid up.

They already have notes on the haircut I always get, so I don’t have to explain it every time — they usually just go ahead with it. But despite that, I keep getting different results with each visit. The last two haircuts were among the worst I’ve ever had. There’s no consistency, even though the style should be the same. Unfortunately, I’ve lost trust in the service.

So I was getting a haircut right the barber was nice the staff was nice but the barber just left me looking like a egg messing me up then a few months later I decided to buzz my hair off after that atrocity I would never go there again.

I recently visited the Great Clips location and wanted to share my experience. The salon itself was clean, and the staff was friendly, which was a plus. However, despite clearly communicating that I wanted only a light dusting off the top of my hair and specifying how short I wanted the sides, the stylist ended up cutting off about two inches of my hair. When I asked to see the progress, I felt rushed and unable to properly check how it would lay, which left me with a much shorter haircut than I had requested. As someone who struggles with confidence, this experience was quite disappointing. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision before visiting. I can’t speak for all the stylist, but Renee struggled with direction.

You can’t give the whole place a bad rating because one person doesn’t listen to you on how you want your child’s hair. I don’t think that’s fair.
She took everything I said and did the ABSOLUTE COMPLETE opposite. I will be sure that this person does not cut my son’s hair again. Can we say BUTCHERED his hair. We have never had an issue with anyone else here that’s why I gave it 4 stars.
