Communication between departments is severely lacking. I had to keep reaching out to get any answers. We used our own financing because our bank had lower interest rates. They wouldn’t run our credit score so we could get a better rate than the one they kept trying to sell us. When we showed up to get our car, we were told we had to do a background check with them and waited another 2 hrs. When I asked why was told because if name shows up as Hussan it concerns them- racist profile much?We will NEVER EVER USE THE SALES DEPT AT HAGERSTOWN KIA HONDA again. Poor procedures will cost you customers. Lying to your customers will keep you from gaining more sales. I now refer to your dealership as Snake Oil Salesman. Telling your customers they can’t take a down payment to hold a used car for you is an outright lie. We called other dealers in the area and they confirmed that is a lie. Keep lying and you will lose. You don’t even deserve the one star.

I talked to the Hagerstown KIA They are trying to help me with this Issue with my Kia,The day I bought a Kia soul 2023 It only had 17 miles on the car and on my way home all kinds of warnings came on dash and for a new car that.s bad, so i called Hagerstown Kia and so the car was in the shop 5 times and they are trying to find out what is causing the problem.the warning lights come on my dash every day since i bought the car, i have print outs and dates and times of everything, My hopes they can find out the bad issue.

Highly recommend Hagerstown Kia! We just bought our new car from them and they were amazing to work with. Andy answered all questions and took time to explain the features. Rodney, the finance person, talked us through everything. We loved how upfront and honest they were. They made this whole car buying experience so easy from start to finish. They truly care that you walk away happy with whatever you choose.

Hagerstown Kia is a wonderful Car dealership . I have now purchased two vehicles from them. Johl was such an awesome salesman. He treated us with such professionalism and friendship; we felt like we knew him for years. He was the best! He is the reason we came back to Hagerstown Kia a second time in one day.

We have had two great experiences with Hagerstown Kia. I called Jim Smyly, our previous salesperson, yesterday. It was his day off, but he agreed to meet us at the dealership. He had options ready for us and spent the necessary time with us to assure that we had the car that was best for our needs. Huge thanks to Jim and Hagerstown Kia!

Great customer service and care. The staff is courteous and professional. The only con is (even though my Sedona has aged quite a bit) it would be nice to have some kind of break on the cost of repairs or labor. Especially when you have owned the same vehicle for more than 20 years. We used to get some pretty decent coupons in the mail but that doesn’t happen anymore.

Jim Smyly is the man to see when buying vehicles. He has always found my family great deals on all of our cars. He is very upfront and transparent, especially when it comes to pricing.As for the service center, Matt, JR, Ben, and Jen does a phenomenal job.

This crew made me feel like the most important human that's ever entered their showroom . . . and I wasn't even buying a new car. We primarily worked with Richard, but everyone in the showroom made us feel special - opening the door and greeting us warmly, offering drinks and snacks, making small talk (but not too much), just checking on us periodically while the paperwork and detailing was being done. They seemed to be giving us and our used car the Hagerstown Kia red carpet treatment - paired my phone, created "Home" on the Nav system, helped me program the radio presets, basically gave me a tour of the car so I knew where important stuff was for my longish drive home. The internet has changed the way every business operates these days and taken a lot of the service out of it. But Hagerstown Kia has both the internet and the service figured out. Honest and straight forward which is refreshing in the used car market. Next time I need a car Richard and his team will be the first on my list.

I purchased a Kia Soul in January of this year. I have nothing but trouble with this car! Had my engine replaced..thank goodness for the extended warranty! First engine failed. Had to get the second new engine installed. Had my car for 2 days and it started acting up again. Took car back in..this is I believe the forth time. This time was for over heating. New thermostat was put in. I had to put coolant in it just a few days after second engine was installed. Where did the coolant go? Was told car is good after putting it back in shop for two more days. My car is once again back in the shop! This time for coolant leak and it doesn't seem to shift gears now! I have made 3 car payments and not had my car in my possession...Kia has had my car more than me. I am really debating on getting another car. Thinking this one is going to be a money pit.?
