If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a propane tank, had it delivered and the tank sat for almost a year because I could not get the fireplace working. Zero propane was used out of the tank and the company refused to refund any money. They gave excuses of company policies and annual fees. The company charges $250 a year even if you do not use it. So now I am out $400 for a tank of propane that was never used.
I WOULD USE ABSOLUTELY ANY OTHER PROPANE COMPANY!!!

They are dishonest and not customer first. They keep your money and provide no refund even if you return a FULL tank of propane gas to them. Their customer service is beyond abhorrent. Never ever use them, they are dishonest crooks.

Logan and Andrew from the Hagerstown branch did a great job installing a new 500 gallon tank and hooking it up to my home and pool heater. After taking the time and effort to place mats before driving on the yard (to keep from creating ruts) they did an excellent job placing the tank nice and level and in the desired location. They had to work late to get everything done but had a great attitude and it was so refreshing to see a company that still places a high priority on customer service!

Recent user of their service (11/2023). First delivery they never showed, never called. I had to call them. Second delivery along with service call for propane odor. Never showed. Seems like bad decision coming to them.UPDATE: (Upgrading my star rating.) They did show up @ ~7pm. Kudos to that. The tech, Brian, was great. The bill has an issue that I will deal with customer service tomorrow.

Had technician Logan out for a service call on our gas line that had been pinched at some point.He was very professional and courteous and did the repair and checked for leaks and assisted in lighting pilot light Great company with great people would highly recommend them for all your gas needs.Thank You ,Mike Davenport
