I purchased some custom 28 Nosler 160 grain ammo from Hendershots for my Bergara rifle. I couldn’t achieve a group less than 6 inches at 100 yards! After finally finding some factory ammo ( same bullet weight), I was able to achieve a quarter size group at 200 yards. I understand the rifles will display differences in accuracy with different ammo however this difference is too extreme. I suspect they are loading by data that looks good on paper instead of actually testing. I spent a lot of money for useless ammo

Received my custom ammo today which I couldn’t get anywhere else after months of trying I ordered here and few weeks later it’s at my door was notified of progress along the way probably won’t buy ammo anywhere else from now on!

I could not find .338 Win Mag ammo anywhere and Hendershots Extreme Custom Ammunition hand loaded 3 boxes for me and sent a ballistic chart! I feel very confident this is quality work.

Been dealing with Lance and his crew for years. Initially we were referred to him for a gun build for our first trip to Africa. He built us an amazing 375 that has since been all over the world. It has been rock solid and reliable and has killed two dozen trophy animals from Africa to Alaska. What a great gun. Since we purchased ammo for several guns and a new Zeiss scope for wife's new gun. These guys are always great to deal with and are an incredibly knowledgeable source we lean on often.

Don’t buy custom ammo here!!!! Ordered rounds for my 300 win mag absolutely terrible all over the place up to 6 inches apart I emailed support and got no response. Night factory Hornady precision hunter 200 grain and fun now sheets 1 moa . This place is an absolute joke and a scam

I tried to order 245g Berger bullets for an upcoming hunt and they know their stuff so well they told me my gun can’t shoot the 245s but will shoot the 230s very well. They shipped them quickly and I’m extremely happy with how well they shoot!

I purchased 2 boxes of 358 custom loaded ammo in summer of 2021. Great rounds except one round failed to fire on a big buck. I took pictures and emailed Hendershots. I got a response that it was indeed primer failure and they would mail me 2 replacement boxes of ammo loaded with different primers. The new boxes never showed up AND after I emailed inquiring as to what happened to the replacement boxes I never got a response. I am pretty easy going but this ammo is too high priced per round not to get the performance and reliability I need. Inexcusable to ignore a customer who experienced a product failure.

Disappointed.... purchased 2 boxes of the 175 gr berger elite hunter... velocity was supposed to be 3100 fps ... i got 2900 fps

Customer service and products are second to none! Period! I was getting case head swipes with their standard load. We believed this was most likely due to a chamber on the tighter end of the allowable tolerances in my custom rifle. The staff at Hendershots helped me out by customizing a load that now works perfectly in my rifle. Cannot recommend them enough!!
