I’m there a couple times a week. The store opens at 4 AM. I get there around 4:30 AM and the store is still completely closed with lights all off. This morning Coca-Cola was there waiting on them to open also

If your hours are closed at 12.
Stay open until 12.
Not close up doors locked, lights off at 11:30
Or better yet don’t turn the lights off on me standing in front of the store at 11:45 confused why the doors are locked

We wanted to go in tonight to get some snacks since highs is close to our house… however we pulled up at 11:45pm and the doors were locked.. don’t you guys close at midnight? Never again.

May 21-29, 2023 I was in Hagerstown helping my Mom with some moving preparation, and came to High's at least 1x daily for coffee. Over that week I experienced delicious coffee with well stocked coffee fixins, a clean store, and terrific team members that made me laugh on each visit, keepiing it a highlight of my day (who likes moving, right?). Naomi, Dedric, and Zack were delightful and joked around with me most often. To me, the sign of a great employer is one where employees feel free to bring all of themselves, including FUN, to work with them. I make my own coffee at home but you can bet for every time I am in town I will be at that location of High's. ***Also your reward perks are terrific! I saved a bunch on gas from just coffee purchases that week...plus a few free coffees /// PLEASE recognize this location's team and leaders for a job beautifully done. I can assure you I have never felt strongly enough to do a convenience store review before ((hug this team!))

Love Highs been around for some time and upgrading the store from the past I’ve added photos without a review so far cheaper gas rates if your in the area inside store is nice
