I had an appointment and was early. They took me right away, I waited. They were very prompt. I believe the service tech was Josh, he was very informative. I will return here for car service!

Because my schedule is very busy, I dropped in hoping Fitzgerald could squeeze me in for a much needed oil change. They were accommodate me right away! I appreciate the professionalism, friendliness and willingness to work with me!

I was a little worried when my Wrangler 4xe threw a check engine light at 10k miles. The staff fit me in quickly and found there was an outstanding computer update. Within a half-hour, I was back on the road. Great job!

We forgot about our 8 am appointment for an oil change until 10 am. Called to apologize and reschedule. They let us bring it in and drop it off so they could work us in. Got us taken care of same day. Easy drop off, quick and reasonably priced service, friendly and helpful staff.

Not a good experience. 1st time service customer and during conversation rep stopped to answer his personal cell to wish his daughter happy birthday. Worst service experience. Salesmen sold us a protection package with car that covers nothing. Was told it would cover 2 oil changes a year but doesn't even cover 1/2 a oil change. This place is worse than Massey. Not a satisfied customer. Was also told that Walmart oil change is much cheaper. The worst customer service ever. Received a call 2 weeks ago about a sensor but they didnt know what it was for, turns our it's a software update. Morons.

This is my 2nd experience at Fitzgerald...and working with Derrick was great. He took the time to discuss all my options...provide all the detail on my new vehicle answered all my questions. This is the best place by far to work with rather it be a straight purchase or you have a trade in...very satisfied and will go back when um ready again for another vehicle. Everyone there is awesome...working with finance was also a great experience...Highly recommend.

I will never buy another vehicle or service performed by any Fitzgerald dealerships. I had a wobble in front end when I brought vehicle in. After inspection they never even called me to discuss their findings. I arrive to pick up vehicle, and they tell me it might be a bad tire. Never offered to replace my tire. The tire only has 18,000 miles. I left dealership with the same unsafe wobble that I brought it to them for. They also called me with questions and left messages on my phone to call them back. After 2.5 hours of trying to contact anybody in service, I drove there.

Took our daughters 2011 Jeep Wrangler in to get checked out for the engine light coming on and by the time we got there the light had went off. They still checked it over real good to make sure nothing was wrong. Very professional and great communication through the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Dropped my vehicle off the evening before for a 9 am Saturday morning appointment for an oil change. I received a call about 8:30 am Saturday that my car was done and ready to be picked up.Had a little mix up at check out, we have a service plan and it wasn't coming up at first in the system. The guys made sure to make everything right and everyone was very kind. Couldn't ask for better service.

The staff was polite, professional and on the ball. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The dealership was busy so was the service department but I got right in and my service was done in appropriate time.

Dropped off our vehicle with ease. Notified when work was done, early the next morning. Pickup was simple and took only a few minutes. Staff was friendly courteous. Easy in and out. Just what a person wants when getting service done! Great job!

We had our 2015 Grand Cherokee towed here for service after having a bad experience at CMA in Martinsburg. April was our point of contact through the service process. She was very friendly and sympathetic to our situation. The problem was diagnosed and "resolved" a day before first thought. Thanks for such a speedy turnaround! I used quotes on the word resolved only because this has been an ongoing issue for us and is yet to be determined if it will actually fix the problem. This has been the fourth time we have had a new thermostat installed and the second time a radiator cap was replaced. I will say that the jeep is running very well and at a temperature that is much cooler than ever observed. Fingers crossed its fixed for good! I will be using Fitzgerald in the future to service our jeep. When it's time for a trade in since Miller's is no longer I will be going here.

Called last week to set up a service apt for a recall on my 2010 jeep wrangler. Apt was made for the following monday, however when I showed up the parts were never ordered and may even be on back order. So a busted trip and waste of time. Hopefully I will receive a call to reschedule once part arrives. I was told this happens with their call center. My question is..... I called directly to the location and selected service. How would your customers know if they are talking to a call center vs. someone from your facility?

William (the service advisor) was gold. Unfortunately he was not available when I went to pick up my vehicle. The one that was available took a long time to do my paperwork, without communicating at all. But my main issue is with the amount Fitzgerald charges for a simple oil change: $116!!! (fortunately I had a Mopar coupon). Fitzgerald better reconsider that price. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Extremely unhappy with service department. If you can take your vehicle anywhere else I would highly suggest it. My husband left multiple messages before getting a return call. Apparently the person that had been working on our vehicle was no longer there. So no one knew if the work was done, or what they were even doing. We were told it would be done the next day. Heard nothing. My husband called the following day and they said we could pick it up. We picked it up and somehow it was covered in mud. It had not rained for probably a month so how it got muddy from a parking lot I have no clue. There was multiple scratches that were not previously there. I had a bracelet on the gear shift when we dropped it off. Was now gone. We were told the one part they had to order and they would let us know when it came in. Was supposed to be there on the 10th. Have yet to hear anything. Guess it really doesn’t matter cause I don’t trust them to leave my vehicle there at this point.
