Walked in to ask a couple questions before making an appointment. Went up to reception, and was literally told “I can’t answer any of your questions” without even knowing what they were. My questions were regarding an appointment, not general tax questions. This receptionist was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. The store doors even had “Walk-ins welcome” written on them. No idea how the service is here, but I’m taking my business to someone who doesn’t mind helping me schedule an appointment for services they provide.

Advertising to do taxes for $89, charging almost $200, failing to get me a full return, and then claiming it wasn't their fault. Not a happy camper, will be contacting the better Business bureau. My name is Timothy Blandford, and Karen Jackson messed up my taxes, there was a whole 108.00 I didn't get from the state of West Virginia. Not a happy camper. Also speaking over people while you're on the phone, not allowing them to explain what you're reading, and in general just dismissing it as not your fault. Unprofessional, unforgivable, just poor quality. Wouldn't recommend.

Spent over 2 hours there. Twanda was nice, but seemed really confused about how to file my info. I'm self employed and work full-time both. Went to a different H&R Block office this year, and the accountant there realized most of my self employed info got filed totally wrong. So now I gotta refile last year before I can do this year.
