Draven & Gregorey @store 1066 are over exceeding the southern customer service I've been looking for since working in this town! This was the 3rd shoe store I walked into & the 1st store that I was actually asked "DO YOU NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING TODAY"?! I'm not sure if I look broke, or if it's the melanin in my skin but I was so shocked I almost gave her a hug! The 2 of them actually helped me with numerous shoes & helped me with my concert outfit! I spent $200 in store & bought 2 pair of shoes, they up selled & even recommended the next store to possibly get a crop top! (In which I was also ignored there? H&M)
Once I was able to find the shirt I even went back to show them what I found bc they helped me so much! If they had been my waiters at a restaurant they definitely deserved tips ⭐?⭐?⭐!
They are what customer service is supposed to be!

The female manager at this location has no compassion for customers at all. Would not even hold a pair of shoes for 15 minutes - but it’s a business and the goal is to make money. Also want to add on that upon entering the store, no one greets you ask how they can help or any of that. Not quite the welcoming experience.
