They have always worked with me. Sometimes I have had to pick my order up due to going out of town and when our electri went out due to weather they brought me emergency oxygen tanks at 11:00 pm. Love this company

Lincare in association with Opitgen, INC. Terrible. Don't deal with this company at all. Sent items I didn't order, and charged for items I never received. Assured by billing department employees, the bill was corrected, but continues to be a problem....threatening "action." Not worth the stress and wasted hours trying to get them to address the problem that never gets fixed.

Attempted to call billing due to yet another billing issue. Waited 45 minutes to finally reach them only to be told they would transfer me to someone else with an excellent possibility of waiting another 45 minutes. I ended up hanging up in frustration.

I was fitted for my C-Pap Machine and have been getting my supplies regularly from Lincare. Never ran into a problem. The office associates were/are extremely helpful and very friendly. I would give them 10 stars if this would have been an option. I highly recommend this office for your C-pap and supplies. P.S. Anytime I call with questions they are very courteous and helpful.

They are horrible and they are charging my insurance company for something I bought. That’s insurance fraud. And they hang up on me every time I call. I will be turning them in for this.

Truly awful customer service. I would avoid at all costs!!! They are rude and want to do as little as possible. Lots of other options, so keep looking and avoid the frustration.

No customer service. They talk in circles. Basically they want to do as little as possible to get your money. Erica was especially rude. Talked with their staff three times. The only one who seems compitent or caring was Louis. Also during covid you would think dealing with respiratory product they'd wear masks, but you'd be mistaken. Not a single person wearing a mask.

This company needs to re-evaluate their procedures especially with them dealing with supplies that people so desperately need and is medically necessary for them to have to survive. They need to be more compassionate and helpful to 80 plus year old people that call them for help with they oxygen needs, especially when it has to do with faulty equipment that this company supplied. Not tell the person in need they can not help them that day or that they need to drive over to pick up the oxygen they need, especially when the 80 plus year old person is telling them, they don't drive.Then that same day within an hour later that 80 plus year old person passes away, waiting on this company to quote "see what they can do".For a company like this who has a person's necessary need for life in their hands needs to change their way they do business or re-train their people who handle accounts and customer service, because how many others have died waiting on this company to help, make a delivery or check faulty equipment when a person is telling them they are in need.I really hope all from this company reads this and while they are enjoying the holidays with their families, the thought of my grandmother who called them for help will not be with us!!! Stays with them. This is horrible and could have been avoided by someone in that company caring for the people they supply.This company deserves NO STARS, I had to give a star to have this posted. It is all a negative rating.

Pros - Office personnel were friendly and helpful.Cons - Inventory and time management is below standard. Appointment that was set up for 1030 didn’t start until 1105. They did not have the mask in stock and I am still waiting to receive it.
