Had my stove and microwave delivered and installed very professionally and took their time. My microwave was a pain to remove old and insert new. But the guy was very patient and took his time and when all was done no scratches on anything.

I like Lowes overall! However, I purchased a 100-foot Zero-G hose. This is the worst hose I've ever used! It constantly kinks and restricts the water flow. Do not buy this product!

This is definitely one of the worst Lowe’s I ever been to. I got some paint from there. They are expensive paint the girl messed up the color. The color I chose was off white eggshell sheen, but she did extra white semi gloss. It looked horrible on my wall. I had to go to the Frederick store to return and got the correct paint.
I also Purchased a chair rail molding, called lumber department here to see if they can cut it, the guy made up all excuses and said he can’t. I called the one in Frederick and they said they have no problem doing it.. even one store with the broken saw machine, they offered to handsaw it for me. That is excellent customer service about .
this place absolutely does not have it. Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else!!

Stopped in to buy tomatoe plants. Went to the lady's room, and the only handicap stall had an employee hiding in it talking on the phone. I opened the door and she yelled at me. Mind you, she was there with an unlocked door and her pants on.

Absolutely do not buy appliances from this place. From the start I have had nothing but trouble. First off, I went and paid money in cash for a set of appliances (Dishwasher, Stove, fridge and microwave). On the day I was suppose to have these delivered they only show up with a fridge & stove and tell me the other 2 are backordered. I call and ask the next day about the other devices and they say they are no longer available and we will have to have to pick new ones (even though I had already paid in cash for the matching set). I said ok and picked from what slim selection I had due to the fact the matching set had far more features available then the ones currently offered for around the same price. After picking 2 devices they were shipped, or so they said. The microwave came and I was told yet again the dishwasher was not available so I picked another. After installing the microwave I found scratches all over it. Tried to have delivery pick it back up and return it but that did not happen. SO I had to bring the microwave back myself and have it exchanged for a new one. Luckily I got the last one left of that type (Surprise surprise). Then finally my dishwasher has been delivered. I installed the dishwasher, and it seems off. After about 3 days of use now the device will not power on and Lowes wants to hold no accountability to their defective device. They only tell me "Call Samsung. There's nothing more we can do". If you value a smooth and easy transaction, Save yourself the trouble and never buy anything from this location.
