“At first it sucked. I went to the Hagerstown location and my POD was not outside for me to get access. If it wasn't for this very nice POD driver helping me and my brother to locate it inside instead of outside then this would have been a very crappy day.”

“I moved my two bedroom condo from Md to Az. I wasn't sure I would need 2 or 3 relo cubes. They deliver whatever you want and if you don't use, they take back. NO EXTRA CHARGE. What a piece of mind! I ended up only using 2 returned the 3rd. I used a team to pack my stuff and found I did have some damage on the other end. Not the UPACK fault. It was the stuff I didn't box correctly and didn't take extra precautions for shipping. Plus, whatever needs replaced is a lot less cost than what a typical moving van was going to charge me. I did have a little trouble with the pickup of the cubes on the other end. I thought they would pick them up in three days automatically (maybe I was supposed to call). I called after 5 days, and they then made a date to pick them up.
I will definitely use them again if I ever move a distance.”
