Friendly and fast service. Our iPhone came in with a shattered glass front and 30mins later looked and functioned like new again. My son and I were shocked, but very pleased. Quality work at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Very fast, professional and affordable service! Initially thought my screen was cracked so went to their repair kiosk, but they immediately directed me to Mr. Case &Fix as all I needed was a new screen protector (thankfully, a much cheaper fix!). Screen protector was fixed in minutes and was provided with some friendly advice on protecting my phone overall! Will definitely recommend and be back!

Shehla was nice and helpful from the moment I walked in the store. I wanted to get a privacy screen for my cellphone. She was so welcoming, my parents ended up getting privacy screens on their cellphones too. Mind you my dad has a very old phone! She took her time to find the right fit for his screen. We walked out with what we needed. As a bonus also with smiles and laughs!

My husband's older Samsung phone had gotten more and more difficult to plug in and charge. The lady who greeted us was very helpful. Using a new charger and cord, she determined that the charging port was not functioning. We walked around the mall for about 45 minutes and when we came back, the phone was fixed and fully charged. So easy, and only $58. No more stress over a phone that didn't charge. Next time we have a phone issue, we'll go back.
