So we rented a 16' truck, AFTER reservations are made we get a call hours later they rented our truck to someone else. The guy who called clearly didn't want to do his job and find another one. He said we have a 26' truck, at no additional cost. That's fine but the truck is WAY too big, but we had no choice. Had to move the next morning. Get the truck, get it home and start loading. I kept smelling a foul odor, but honestly thought I parked near a dead animal. Get the truck loaded and call it a night. Next morning when I open the truck it smells so bad!! Like rotten flesh. At this point I start looking under the truck, nothing.. Get down the road to the new house and go to unload and smell it again. At this point I believed something was dead in the undercarriage! Finally after about 2 hours of gagging and searching I found it!! ROTTEN MOLDED CAT FOOD stuck in the loading gate. There's holes in the metal and lots of old cat food had rotted in the frame! They do NOT clean their trucks! Offered a $30 credit!!! Get outta here, it cost me $160 for a truck I DIDNT RESERVE them you give me one loaded with molded cat food!!! Had to air all our belongings out for 2 days!!! Also it was in the 90°s when we moved! Here's some pictures!! Beware of this truck rental agency!!!!

I took a truck there for my company to have a tire replaced. They had me back out the door in less than 30 minutes.
Everyone I encountered there was friendly, and smiled.
Really good experience.

I have dealt with Penske numerous times and had a difference of opinion once along the way . This company takes getting it right and teaching the customer the “whys” and “what’s” to clarify process and repair very seriously. I applaud their commitment and professionalism. I look forward to many more years and will always rent Penske as well as service Tractor Trailers I drive with confidence. Well done and Thank you!

We rented a 16' box truck from this Penske location. When I drove the truck onto the highway and began moving at higher speeds, I noticed what I consider the death wobble - loose steering, vibration and wandering. Once we stopped the vehicle to look it over, we discovered mismatched dual tires!! There was over an inch difference in the size of the two tires! They charged us over $700 to drive this truck.My husband was also previously given a rental van from this Penske location that had no brakes within a day of use.From our experience, these vehicles (large or small) do not appear to be maintained with any safety standards in mind. I would exercise great caution in renting from this location and recommend an extremely thorough pre-trip inspection if you choose to do so.

This dealer is very bad, they are very expensive. They billed me $21,000 for what other mechanics do for $2,500.

Last rental, despite being tagged sanitized, ready to go... wasn't....had trash in it and the inside of the windshield had some kind of dried liquid on the drivers side obstructing view

NEVER had a truck rental go so well. The staff are quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. The truck I received was pretty new, in IMMACULATE condition and easy to drive. Pricing is not only VERY fair, but WELL below other companies. I can NOT say enough GOOD things about my experience with Penske!!!

I rented a 16 ft truck and car trailer, and everything went smoothly. Staff were friendly and helped disconnect trailer when I dropped equipment off. I would definitely use them again.

Penske really helped us with a great small truck rental. We had a run-in with some cattle, just east of Amarillo on our way to California. Ryder couldn't find us a big truck any where. So, we had to rent a small truck on a one-way rental back home. Thanx Penske
