My friends and I went and me and my one friends had crooked nails our fingers then started to bleed. Our nail techs filed the nails down to much, then when we got our pedicures done after our nails and I was on my phone while getting my pedicure done I wasn’t paying attention and the nail tech applying the lotion and then started slowly going up my leg while my friends nail tech rubbed her legs and was going up her thigh too. Also my friends nails hurt really bad after getting them on and he also buffed her nails really hard.

Walked in and asked for a manicure with dip. I was there close to closing and told them it was ok if they couldn't do it. They said it was ok. Well.. this was Saturday the 22nd. My left thumb nail was messed up and the guy tried to fix it, however, it is all lumpy. And it's 2 different colors. All of them are lifting and 4 have come off. Very disappointed.

Helen did such a good job! So did phat ( I think is his name lol) who did my nail shape! But man they put Helen to work! Lol She was multitasking with doing my nails and doing someone’s eyelashes and still managed to do my nails under 40 mins lol. And before she took me, I saw her multitasking between clients as well. I thought she must have been doing this for a long time and I was right, 20 + years she said she’s been doing this as her career lol. They were kind enough to still give me and my sister good service even though they were still doing our nails after hour's due to them being really busy. And they were giving little gifts boxes to their clients as well which I thought was nice. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back.

Been going to Helen for a couple years and can't stress enough how much I love this place!!

Never again. This place gave me a nail fungus!! They don’t clean their tools and get an attitude when you ask to have the tools cleaned. I’ve seen them use the same foot scrubber on several different people. Yuck!!

They are rude and if the job is not well done , when you come back They argue with you. I spent $65 just for my fingers which did not even last 2 weeks. I am disappointed.

I got my dip powder manicure here last week and it still looks great now. Diana was the builder for me, she did amazing dip powder nails. Next time I will continue to go to this nail salon!
