Smelled really bad, the nail tech who did my nails for the holidays was so rude seemed as though he didn't want to work on my nails, kept telling me to stay still, sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes when I had to take an important phone call. I have been going here for my nails, pedi and wax for many years. Helen, Candi and the rest of the crew are wonderful people. They work so hard every day to make sure people feel welcome to the shop. If you have to wait and there is space they would even let you sit in a pedi chair, which is nice. My nails always turn out great! You cannot beat Helen’s talents with nail design and ideas! Don’t let the negative ratings fool you. Yesterday I witnessed someone being extremely rude to the staff. Never been there before and their feet were nasty. Obviously to get their calluses off, there is a more than basic charge. Seriously, they were so mean over $5?? Trust me, these negative reviews have nothing to do with this shop and everything to do with unreasonable customers looking to get something for free! Go here! They will make you feel like family and do a great job!Services: Foot massages

Went in asked for a full set. They sat me in a chair, I showed the lady a picture of ombré nails. I told her I want the same design ombré, same length, and same shape as the picture, and I wanted gel. Then come to find out, she wasn’t doing my nails she was just gluing them on. After all ten were glued, she moved me to another seat. I sat there a good while. So long I considered leaving. Then the only woman in the whole shop actually doing nails was ready for me. I moved to another seat. I showed her the picture and gave the same speech. She began my nails. I stopped her and told her she wasn’t applying the right color powder. She replied, she didn’t do it that way and I would like her way better, more natural. In the middle of doing my nails she asked me to move to another seat so a customer she was working on could sit there to finish. After a long time and me watching the clock because I had to be somewhere she finally finished my nails. However, when she finished I was upset. The nails I got were not ombré, we’re too long and the wrong shape. She just did French nails. When I got home I noticed the nails were not sized correctly and were thick and just didn’t look professional. After about a week, the gel began to peel off. I paid $65 for this and it took 3 1/2 hours to do my nails. Really was awful. I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY MONEY AGAIN!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Very terrible, i been doing my nails at this nail shop for while now, my friends and I were treated so badly, the one guy that knows how to fix nails was very rude n unfriendly to my friends n I. I don’t really know if it’s because of our race cus we constantly saw him being nice to other people. I never want to have this kind of experience in my life, terrible and waste of money, no respect.

I went in there with ratchet looking nails. Helen took her time with me. Explained how my previous set was lifting off and she wouldn’t want me to get a fungus under my nails (mind you this was after only a week and a half). Took them off and did a beautiful pink and white full set.Services: Sculpted nails

Wish I could leave zero stars. Stopped in to get a new dip set and the technician was incompetent on how to proceed with the service. In shock of how you are a professional nail tech and can’t assist a new customer. I along with other people in the salon tried to explain what I wanted and still he was unable to comprehend. Finally, he says “I don’t want to do it. Find someone else to do it.” SHOCKED! I left the nail salon with absolutely no help. With this lack of knowledge and professionalism I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this shop. In all the years of receiving nail care, I’ve never experienced this lack of customer service.

I absolutely love this place but the only thing is they don't always honor there hours listed I tried to go get just 2 mails fixed an hour before they were due to close and they were still in there but refused to allow me to see them and the doors were locked. This is a reasonable priced to get your nails and pedicure I love that fact they massage your hands after the beautiful job of doing your nails and they have acrylic and gel nails if you need a design on your nails or feet they do this to oh by the say they do walk ins to very professional and clean business.
