I went to the mall with the intention of spending quite a bit of money on new work clothes. With the Microsoft outage, most stores were closed, but I did see that Rainbow was open, and there were some pretty good deals, so I was like, "Guess they're getting most of my money!" Lol I walked in and neither employee acknowledged my presence at all, other than to glare. I walked around, and found quite a few things I was interested in. I took my stuff to the front, and stood in front of the employees for a solid two minutes with NOTHING. One grabbed clothes and walked away, and the other said, "What? You ready?" Women's clothing sizes are not universal, so I obviously needed to try stuff on. I asked where the fitting rooms where and was told, "We don't have fitting rooms here." So, a store only that sells clothing, doesn't have even a closest where someone could try stuff on before purchasing? I asked how returns work there since everything was on sale, and I got a blank stare/no answer. Apparently they weren't interested in making any money, so I hung everything on the closest rack and left. Two suggestions: 1). Have somewhere customers can try things on, especially if they aren't able to return/exchange. 2). Get some new/friendly employees. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a store in my life. It's a pity because they could have made quite a bit of money off me yesterday.

If I could hit no stars I would! Maybe bc I was born in the 1900s but I go to the mall with intention & money to buy! Or maybe bc black don't crack it doesn't look like I was born in the 1900s so I didn't look like an adult or maybe bc I was black or maybe bc I wasn't dressed like I had money! Which most people don't realize the richest people dress like bums🤔 (look at Kanye 🤦🏽♀️) ... But that's neither here nor there!
Rainbow can look into my account but I spend at least $300 a year especially every summer, and it's about that time!
I see there is 1 in the mall, I walk in the store, not a word!
I go to plus, walk all the way through to the shoes & the 2 employees conversation that was oh so juicy didn't even flinch...
They didn't even pause the conversation to even say "HELLO, WELCOME, SCREW YOU, YOU'RE MESSING UP OUR BREAK, JUST SOMETHING!"
They giggled, and kee-kee'd the entire time I was there, you might as well have closed the store or had self check out! It was absolutely no point in them being at work they didn't even move from that spot!
