Rain Vac shipped my order to an incorrect address that I never gave them and, of course, it was returned by the post office. Btw, this wasn't the upsetting part for me, I understand mistakes happen. I trusted Rain Vac with my money, I treated them with kindness and respect and this is what I received in return…I called Rain Vac and I spoke to a man in the shipping department to inquire about my returned order. He was instantly triggered simply by my inquiry and rudely stated they shipped it to the address I gave them. I asked him to please check the order confirmation email they sent me because it showed the correct shipping address I gave them. Clearly, they had my shipping address but they still shipped it to an incorrect address. Then he, without reason, began to yell at me. He yelled he didn’t have to check it, he yelled it was my fault and basically called me a liar. Even though I was stunned by his rudeness and incessant yelling, I kindly asked to speak to someone else, but he yelled there was no one else to speak to but him and yelled, "I'm the service manager!". I had no choice but to hang up and call back in hopes of getting someone else to assist me. I ended up speaking with a woman in customer service, I requested a refund of what I paid and I cancelled the order. Btw, she confirmed that the yelling man in the shipping department is indeed their service manager. After being put through this horrible ordeal, they did not refund what I paid. They had the audacity to deduct the shipping charge even though it was their fault they shipped to an incorrect address, which is why I never received my order in the first place.…I was treated rudely, I was yelled at and I didn’t get all of my money back. I do not recommend Rain Vac. There is plenty of competition to choose from that does not allow such blatant behaviors.

I recently purchased a replacement motor online from them for the power head of our vacuum. When I called to inquire about shipping, they informed me that my purchase was actually eligible for coverage under warranty. Many companies would have just taken the money and left it at that. I really appreciate them for bringing this to my attention and following through with their promise. Excellent customer service!!!

I have purchased from RainVac twice and have been very impressed. Their customer service is excellent- I received help figuring out what parts I needed within the hour I sent a request. They are my go-to source for Rainbow replacement parts.

I used RainVac several times to buy accessories for my Rainbow vacuum. It always was a pleasure doing business with them. Their website made the way, that it is easy to find whatever you need for your model. Every item I bought was an authentic Rainbow part/accessory. One time I made an order for several attachments that I thought I lost during the move. After I made an order, I found them and contacted RainVac about not needing the attachments anymore. They were very nice about it and refunded my money instantly. I really recommend this company!

Wow!! I am amazed with there customer service. I talked to a guy there by the name of Steve and was extremely rude. When i called him out on it he got even louder. Some people have some nerve. There are other websites to order from if you need parts for your rainbow. I don't recommend this company.

We had a short in our original wand. Vacum head was cutting out. We found the part at RainVac to fix the issue. Picked up a belt as well. Reasonable prices and delivery was timely.Delivery was handled by Sendle. Never heard of them but they are legit and did a good job with delivery. I think Sendle acts like a subcontractor. Subs out delivery to whatever vender can deliver the cheapest.We'll use RainVac again when and if needed.

The product is so awesome. I have had for 25+ years with dusty conditions and big hairy dogs. The product is superior in cleaning without the dust getting in the air because it goes through water and completely removes the dust etc. I finally sent it in to be cleaned after 25 years- was still working just did not want to be without it for any period of time. It came back like new for a very reasonable price. U can't say enough about this wonderful vacuum.

I am so upset. I ordered 6 of the fragrances over $40 and received them today for my rainmate. The tropical breeze is pure rubbing alcohol, and the other 5 u can't smell when using the rainmate. I have emailed them, waiting for a reply.

Needed a few parts for my 1981 Rainbow D2. They responded nicely and took back the waterpan without problems. I ordered the wrong one: not for my older Rainbow. The other parts were compatible.

I’m very dissatisfied with this company Rainvac. They lack customer service skills. I purchased a fresh air concentrate fragrance thinking is was the same formula they’ve been using for years and this doesn’t smell like nothing. When I called their customer service dept. the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude, disrespectful and lacked customer service skills. He said that “ The ingredient that kills germs has been increased due to COVID, which has caused the smell to lean away from the fresh fragrance smell.”I tried to tell him that I wasn’t satisfied with the smell and very rudely he answered “ well if you don’t like it return it. I asked for a return label not knowing that he was going to charge me for the shipping. He never mentioned that he was going to charge shipping. For a small item that I payed $25.15 he deducted from my refund $13.21. This is not acceptable. They change the fragrance and don’t advise customers and then we payed for their mistake and have to listen to that rude men. Worst company I have ever done business with. Will never buy from these crooks again.**In response to your comment in your response. Where does it explain in your return policy that you need to charge double. You charge me for two labels when I only use and received one. The gentleman in customer service said he was going to email me one and I never received it. I called again the following day and the lady that answered the call said she would email me one and that one I did receive. So why do I have to be responsible for two shipping label because that gentleman didn't do his job correctly.

Took an old worn-out power nozzle and was able to bring it back to new. RainVac was able to provide every part needed for the repair. Ordering and shipping was perfect, I ordered on Tuesday and parts arrived on Thursday.

I ordered a hose attachment for my Rainbow vacuum. Even though I did not rush it, I received the part more quickly than expected. I was also surprised that they had the hose attachment, since my vacuum is super old, from the '80s. Even though the hose attachment looks a bit different from the one I had, it works the same. I would definitely order from RainVac again.

Rainvac is amazing. You have amazing staff who are efficient in answering emails and very helpful. I have ordered twice now and each experience has been wonderful. The shipping time is amazing as well. Very much appreciated. We are a rainbow vacuum family and will always use rainvac for our vacuuming needs. Thank you!
