Regal Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD, offers a comfortable and clean movie experience with a variety of current films and a good selection of snacks and quick food. The theater features plush, comfortable seats, including some with recliners, and provides a premium viewing option like ScreenX for the latest releases. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive atmosphere, though their friendliness can vary. The theater is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a tidy environment, and is conveniently located next to the mall’s food court with free parking. Visitors appreciate the fresh popcorn, clear picture quality, and excellent audio. However, prices are considered high, and the inconsistency in staff service and limited availability of recliners on some screens are noted drawbacks. Overall, Regal Valley Mall provides a good movie experience with comfortable seating, friendly staff, and clean facilities.
Cost way more than its worth other than that its a very nice theater.

Everything was good except the seats were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. My husband and I were both struggling to try and get comfortable throughout the whole movie without success. :(

Saw the Backrooms. Excellent sitting and overpriced food.
