respectful, polite, can make jokes and laugh with you. I had amazing nails!! Ask them to do something random for you, and they will amaze you!! Will 100% be coming back here.

Had my nails done yesterday and when I left I wasn't fully satisfied with the results. I went back today and Ann took me right in and fixed everything for me! I love my nails now. Thank u for the excellent customer service experience.

Anna and Tim are the best!! I have been coming here for years like since my kids were little!! Anna has literally watched my kids grow up!! Unfortunately, a while back here Tim just never seemed to have time for me on his schedule and waiting there was too long for walk ins.. while they are all very friendly I refuse to let anyone but Tim or Anna do my nails.. and Unfortunately have been unable to ever get an appt with Tim.. I had to go elsewhere to get my nails done but have never been as satisfied or happy as with Tim!! Today I hope go get there as soon as they open and be able to see Tim asap.. if not then I would have to go elsewhere again...but tbh I miss Tim and his magical abilities sooo much..and aside from his artistic skills...he has listened to me and supported me through some really really hard times including domestic violence and job loss!! All around a great person!!! I miss him sooo much and hope I can get in with him first thing today..but he has become sooo popular its really hard anymore.. ❤️❤️??????????Services: Nail painting

I went to the Hagerstown location a few days ago. I didn't realize that it was inside a Walmart until I arrived. The salon is no bigger than a walk in closet. When I got there a man met me at the front and said "we closed". I said "it's 4:00, you close at 5:00". He said "we already have customer, sorry". I won't be going back.

I used to LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING MY NAILS DONE...They used to be AMAZING..NOW it seems painting and design are to much a bother.was looking for a BLUE-GREEN..with glitter...French tip...I assume he would add something as i told him it seems boring...EXACT WORDS" I WILL ADD ONE LINE". HE ADDED A HALF *ss white lime...I told him it was smeared...again EXACT words " you done now". Wow...
