I went in yesterday and was impressed by both the quality of items and the neat very well organized displays. I found a living room chair and matching ottoman in beautiful condition for $30. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

popular place along Dual Hwy has clean neat store. Parking is tight, but good furniture and seasonal item as well as clothing.

Prices for used, donated items are better here than at Goodwill and the other thrift stores in Hagerstown. I swear the other stores prices are so high you might as well buy new. Thank you, Salvation Army for keeping your prices fair.

This place is so unprofessional. I’m new to the area and was trying to get rid of a nice sofa & loveseat. I called them and asked if they were interested. The woman on the phone told me yes after I had described to her what it looked like it. So the volunteers came to my home w/o calling me first (like I had asked). After looking at the furniture they call their boss and she told me bc it was missing legs they couldn’t take it. It also had carpet fresh on it and they assumed I was dirty and thought it was big powder. I explained to the lady what it was and she had such a nasty attitude toward me. I’m like there is someone out here right now in need of a sofa & loveseat and you’re telling me no bc of the legs being gone. They need to make better decisions and STOP judging what they don’t know?

Not only is the staff here wonderful, but the furniture section is super too .I will warn you about the small parking spaces though, and, it's probably one of the busiest Salvation Army stores you've ever visited.Clean, lots of space to maneuver your shopping cart, fab jewelry, even new sunglasses.I love this place, you never know what you might find here.Word of advice, if you are undecided about buying something, it won't be there when you come back. This is a brisk fast merchandise turnover store.

Store was clean and organized. Pricing is reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall to this location is the parking. The parking lot is small for the amount of people coming in and out of the store. Additional parking would be nice.

Nice thrift store with great prices. I've shopped there for years. Cashiers can be snippy for no reason, not over prices, just not friendly. Not sure why. Old location had great parking but the new location on Dual Hwy does not have enough parking.

Visited here today and noticed they have small parking lot and busy. Glad there is one vacant space when we get in. The store is spacious and more of house decors, so didn't find much for clothes. But it was clean and organized, price is high a little bit.

I bought 3 chairs and an ottoman. The chairs were really unique. I looked forward to getting them and I had found them on my birthday which was extra special. The next thing I know, they called me and told me that they were resold before they could get them to me. Why not take such expensive and unique items off the floor once purchased if you are coming back to get them or having it delivered instead of leaving them there to be resold. I will never find those chairs again.I will be upset about this for a long time. Somehow, I don’t know I believe it was an accident. I’ve stood at the jewelry desk and been totally ignored by staff like I was invisible. Some things are questionable. Some staff are really nice, others not so much. Some have attitudes when I am able to find or purchase something good on occasion.

Must be popular place to shop because top parking lot is always full and there's always a line at checkouts.Items are as they come in, people wash stuff before you donate it. But overall it's good quality. Sometimes odd stuff I can't find anywhere else such as sewing items' nice frames and good kids stuff. On the downside, I've arrived and it's closed during normal business hours with no note of explanation on the door.Furniture is a room by itself and the smaller 2 level carts make maneuvering the aisles easier. The staff and volunteers are nice and most customers I've met here hold doors, say hello and are polite in general.

We have shopped at and donated items to this thrift store for a very long time. Today, we asked about an item with two different price tags. The cashier called the manager to look at the item. The manager was extremely unfriendly and rude. There was absolutely no need for her to be so rude to us. We simply asked a question about the price. If this is the attitude of management for this organization, then we will take our donations and business elsewhere.

Overrun with savage flippers! They flock in at 10am and grab anything they can resell. Stay out of their way and go later in the day. No fun any more!
